there is意思是“有”,表示客观存在。
用来描述某处有(存在)某人或某物,后面跟单数可数名词或
不可数名词。
句型结构：There is+主语+地点状语.
例句： There is some water in the bottle.瓶子里有一些水。
There is a desk in my room. 我的房间里有一张桌子。
Language points
there be句型中，be动词的单复数形式采取“就近原则”。即看离be动词最近的那个名词是“可数”还是“不可数”，是“单数”还是“复数”，从而确定be动词是用单数形式“is”还是用复数形式“are”。
【注意】there be句型中的地点通常是表示方位的介词短语，用来说明人或物的具体位置。
There be句型的就近原则
there be句型和have
① there be句型表示的是某处存在某人或某物，指客观存在，不表示所属关系。
【例句】There is an air-conditioner in my room.
我的房间里有一台空调。（空调不归房间所有）
② have表示的是某人拥有某物，即某物归某人所有，是所属关系。
【例句】I have a nice bedroom.
我有一间漂亮的卧室。（卧室归我所有）
2. Your room is really nice!你的房间真漂亮!
这是一个陈述句, 用来描述某物的特征。really是
副词,用来修饰nice。
句型结构:主语+be动词+(描述物体特征的)形容词.
【例句】 The building is really big.这个大楼非常大。
