Before class Enjoy a song: We are going green. Listen and enjoy. 从歌曲中了解生活中保护地球的细节做法,引出本课讨论。
Step1. Free talk and revision. 1. Free talk: talk about the song. 2. Revision Story time. 1).To protect the earth, what’s four aspects do you know from Story time 2) Retell the text: Why should we save them, and how to do 相机呈现句式use… to… should… should not… 略作补充:electricity( 电力)coal gas (煤气) gasoline (汽油) come from coal and oil. We are going green. Save water, Save energy Save trees. Don’t use to much plastic. Retell the text. 复习课文四个方面内容,通过Why 和How 的两个问题,指导学生复述课文内容,为后面的讨论唤醒语言储备。
Step2 Grammar time. 1.Try to make a poem to practice “we use… to…” 1). Make a model: Show Teacher’s poem: Water 2) Make a new poem.: Can you Make a new poem and show. Try to read it with emotion. Use the sentence: use… to… 以小诗的形式展开对we use …to…句式的操练。引导学生关注日常生活,结合生活实际,运用句式。
Step2 Grammar time. make a new poem Choose one of them, talk it in groups. You can choose one form just you like to show us. 过渡:Just imagine: They are all very important in our everyday life. But sometimes, they are unhappy. Just imagine: Why and when 2. Share a video, try to say We should… We should not… 1).What and think: What did man beings get wrong 2). Check: What’s your feeling What shouldn’t the man do 3). Think and write: How to protect the earth Write down your ideas, use we should… we should not…. If we do so, the earth will turn green again. Imagine: Maybe when… (When people… When they are…) Watch the video. Share the feelings. Try to say: The man shouldn’t … Write the sentences on the paper. And put the paper on the blackboard. 通过猜测Water/ wood/paper/plastic不高兴的原因,引出对人类破坏环境的讨论。通过观看Man in nature,展开We should …. We should not… .的句式讨论。
Step3 Fun time 1. Show a better way to protect the earth.——reuse. 2. Which things can be reused How to reuse Learn Fun time Step1: Collect. Step2: Make and say. Look at children’s ideas. 3. Share your preparation and say. 4. Show some pictures. Let students understand: Small things ,big role! Learn: reuse. Water, paper, plastic bags plastic bottles… Read the sentences. Try to say: I can reuse …to… Enjoy nice pictures. 引导学生对身边资源再利用的思考与表达。 让学生展示他们的作品,并能用I can reuse …to…句式与大家分享,通过图片分享,提升认识。
