2学情分析
学生通过对上一部分Michael和Kangkang之间关于《西游记》和《哈利波特》的对话的学习,有了一定的相关话题的听力和阅读输入,这一部分将继续学习有关中外文学的英文表述方式。学生的基础知识和口语表达能力比较好,大部分学生热爱英语,喜欢表达自己的观点,但有一部分学生基础比较差,接受能力稍弱。在本部分中,对于基础好的学生要继续鼓励学生在语境中呈现展示个人倾向、态度的表达法,让学生认识到语言使用的得体性,以及相关表达的多样性。在此基础上,训练学生就该文学话题与他人进行交谈的听说能力,结合话题内容增强学生的文化意识和文学修养。对于基础差的学生,采取鼓励的策略,着重要求学生能够掌握相关的听力技巧和阅读技巧。

活动1【导入】猜人名游戏
1.课前:利用多媒体播放视频——《再别康桥》中英文版,带领学生进入诗歌的天堂。
2.猜人名游戏:
教师在ppt上呈现关于某一人物的相关信息的英文描述,任选一名学生开始游戏。该学生需逐句念出该人物的介绍,教师和其他同学根据这些介绍猜出他描述的是哪位人物。
(设计说明:ppt上呈现的四位人物都是九年级下册课文之前出现过的,关于他们的描述有生平简介、名言等,这些内容也都是之前课文中出现的英文句子。四位人物分别为:Confucius、QIan Xuesen、Zhenghe和Abraham Lincoln.通过游戏,激发学生的兴趣,结合课文内容,对学生进行新旧知识的链接,达到温故而知新。)
活动2【讲授】Ia＆1b
1.Do you know the name of the poem Who wrote it
ppt上呈现一首诗歌(英文翻译),并让学生猜测该首诗歌的作者和名字是什么
2.Read 1a and finish the blank.
教师揭示答案,引出作者李白,并对其进行简单的介绍,提出疑问:Do you know William Shakesoeare 激发出学生的求知欲,要求学生阅读1a找出关于李白和另外一位作家的相关信息,完成下列表格。(学生独立完成,完成之后小组核对答案)

3.教师抽取几个小组的答案在实物展台上进行展示并评价(书写,语法,正确或错误),最后,教师在ppt上显示正确答案。

播放听力材料,学生听录音,完成1b的内容(根据已有信息,再次听读,获取更多信息),学生独立完成。
5.教师抽取同学核对答案,并要求学生说出依据(即在1a中念出答案相关的句子),引导学生特别留意句中新词和两个句子:

1.进行背景介绍
教师在ppt上呈现4幅中外古今作家的照片及其作品(课文2a),帮助学生获取一定信息。
2.口语练习(小作文)
教师先示例,在ppt上呈现出自己最喜欢的一部文学作品,介绍他的作者和故事简介以及为什么喜欢它的原因。
3.学生根据课文内容(1a)和(2a)获取的信息,进行创作,也可选取课文之外的文学作品来进行介绍,小组合作。
4.教师请2-3组展示他们的小作文,重点在语言部分的呈现,同学和教师进行点评,并帮助改进。
活动4【练习】文房四宝之笔墨纸砚
ppt上呈现笔墨纸砚四幅图片,告知学生每张图片背后有一道练习题,且练习题的题型、难度、设定的分值不等。学生随机抽取一道题并进行回答。

Li Bai (701-762)
Li Bai is known as a famous Romantic Poet in ancient China. He was lived during the Tang Dynasty.
Along with writing romantic poems about women, he romanticized nature. Li Bai apparently led a wild life. He is said to have killed people in martial arts challenges and personal duels. He wrote about common things such as natural places and cities he saw, romance, war and death and things like this.

William Shakespeare
William Shakespeare was indisputably among the top English-language poets and playwrights of all time. He was born in the village of Stratford-upon-Avon in April 1564 and died there in April 1616. His surviving body of work includes 38 plays, 154 sonnets and two narrative poems, the majority of which he penned between 1589 and 1613. While much of Shakespeare's biography is unknown, murky or subject to dispute, historians have managed to verify factual data through his own writings, the works of his contemporaries and historical documents.
