本课要求学生欣赏美文《Gift of the Magi》,通过完成相应的练习，增强学生的文化意识和文学修养，培养学生的文化品格，同时关注思维品质训练。 学情分析
学生为快毕业的初三学生，他们英语基础较好，能很好的并且高质量的完成预习作业。但是他们对于美文欣赏这一块做得比较少，争取拓展学生的思维品质。 教学目标

Step2 呈现 引入另一个明人欧。亨利，提出主题《Gift of the Magi》.呈现图片3组。 认识作者及了解主题，根据两个主人公的图片及部分提示词，来猜测故事是和什么有关。 复习学习策略预测法。
