【教材内容分析】
本单元的话题是Chores,要求学生学会用Could you please ...?和Could I please ...?来委婉地提出请求或征求别人的许可以及如何有礼貌地拒绝别人并表达自己的理由,陈述自己的好恶。通过单元学习,学生还将了解中西方在这方面的文化差异,增强他们在日常生活中的沟通和交流能力。
【学情分析】
1.学生程度不一,学生人数多,语言实践机会少,容易两极分化,通过各种合作学习的活动,可以带动学习英语有困难的学生。
2.中学生活泼,好动,好胜心强,可塑性大,在教学过程中,注意设置情境,倡导其积极参与,引进小组竞争机制,更好地激发学生的学习兴趣,提高课堂效率。

Jackie Chan was born on April 7, 1954 in Hong Kong, China. His parents left mainland China(中国大陆) for Hong Kong for a short time before he was born. His parents named him “Chan Kongsang”, which means “born in Hong Kong”. They wanted to celebrate a safe trip to Hong Kong.
