3. 学生能够进一步掌握动词过去式的不规则变化及其读音。
4. 学生能够理解Cartoon Time的故事大意。

教学过程:
Step1 Free Talk
What day is it today
How is the weather today
How was the weather yesterday(昨天)
How was the weather in Yang Ling’s diary
教师用free talk的方式复习story time,并引入本节课的内容。
Step2 Presentation
1.出示song time的图片,How is the weather in the picture?
2. T: Bobby looks sad/happy in the park.
What happened
3. Watch the cartoon
引出答案He lost his new kite.
Teach: lost--lose
Because Sam found(找到) Bobby’s new kite.
Teach: found--find
4. Read and answer
请学生说出Bobby丢风筝的经过
引出flew—fly hold onto—held onto
5. Read the dialogue after the tape
6. Read the dialogues in roles
7. Act out the cartoon
Step 3 Consolidation and practice
1. Read and underline再读课文划出动词的过去式
2. What do you think of Sam
3. Two heads are better than one. 一个好汉三个帮。
