教学内容
本课时的学习内容是阅读，阅读语篇围绕卡通片（cartoons）这一电影类型展开，主要谈论一个为学生所熟知的美国卡通形象—— Micky Mouse，让学生通过阅读了解卡通片在美国文化中的地位，尤其是它的诞生和成名过程以及人们喜欢它的原因。在学生学习2b 之前，用一个录像引入米老鼠，然后让学生带着问题再次朗读，引导学生关注文中的常用搭配，要求学生结合实际对文章内容进行拓展，帮助学生巩固本课时的知识点。
设计思路
本堂课总体目标是完成阅读语篇教学，提升学生的语言运用能力。整堂课要充分利用课件，检测学生对知识的掌握情况。首先，观看视频引出卡通形象Mickey Mouse.激活学生的背景知识，为后面的阅读活动做准备；其次，通过观看图片引出本课卡通形象Mickey Mouse学生通过听明白文章要讲述的内容是Mickey，通过询问关于Mickey Mouse问题激活学生的背景知识，为后面的阅读活动做准备。在阅读过程中设计了主旨大意题以及细节题，旨在教会学生运用skimming和scanning阅读技巧，并使学生能够清晰的掌握文章内容。最后，当堂复述课文检测学生是否达到了学习目标。在这堂课中，充分发挥学生的能动性，开拓学生的思路，使学生了解东西方文化差异。

教学反思
1教学过程应再完善
在教学过程中，导入部分应更详尽，如果在导入中直接说明学习目标，学生的学习将会更有针对性；在“头脑风暴”部分，如果能够利用 thinking map，那么教学效果会更好。虽然整堂课很好地利用了幻灯片，但是课程分配过于紧凑，Group work 展开不充分。
2基于教材设计教学
教材是按照课程标准编写的最重要的教学资源之一，是英语课堂教学的主要文本。新课程标准倡导跳出教材，并不是不要教材，跳出教材首先要基于教材。因此，要有效开展英语课堂教学，教师的首要任务是钻研教材、把握教材，并逐步使自己具备创造性地使用教材的能力。只有这样，才准确定位教学目标，选用恰当的教学方法和手段进行教学。盛康镇中心学校英语导学案
