结构: 主语+ 动词过去式+ 其他.
含义:
一般过去时的句子,通常用来表示过去某个时间
里发生的动作或存在的状态,也表示过去经常或反复发生的动作。用动词的过去式表示,常和表示过去的时间状语连用,如:yesterday,last night,in + 过去的年份,two days ago 等。

(1)肯定句: 主语+ 动词的过去式+ 其他.
例句:
He played basketball yesterday. 他昨天打篮球。
Liu Ying was in the US last year.刘英去年在美国。
例句:
He didn’t play basketball yesterday.
他昨天没打篮球。
They didn’t go to school last week.
他们上周没有去学校。
(2)否定句: 主语+ did + not + 动词(短语)原形+ 其他。
(did not 缩写为didn’t)

动词过去式的构成[培优点]
(1)规则变化:
①一般直接在动词词尾加ed。
例如:watch—watched,play—played。
②以不发音的字母e 结尾的动词,直接在词尾加d。
例如:dance—danced,like—liked。

③以“辅音字母+y”结尾的动词,先变y 为i,再加ed。
例如:study—studied,try—tried。
④以单个辅音字母结尾的重读闭音节动词,
先双写末 尾的辅音字母,再加ed。
例如:stop—stopped,plan—planned。。

(2)不规则变化: 需要单独记忆。
例如: is/am—was,are—were,do/does—did,

否定回答:

动词要用过去式,时间状语句末站。
否定句很简单,didn’t 站在动原前,其他部分不要变。一般疑问句也好变,did 放在句子前,主语、动原、其他部分依次站。
特殊疑问句也简单,疑问词加一般疑问句记心间。

Step 1: Warm up
1. What day is it
2. What day was yesterday
Step 2: Presentation
1.从谈论现在和过去开始,向学生解释,如果某件事正在发生,表示事情多发生在现在。我们用动词的现在时态表示事情正在发生。如果你在过去做过某事,则表示这件事情已经发生。
把often 、today 、yesterday 、last night 写在黑板上。向学生解释,他们将在本课学习一般过去时。在英语中,表示动作发生在过去,需要在某些动词后面加后缀ed来构成一般过去时形式。
