Step 1: Warm up
1. Sing a song
上节课学过的歌曲“Twelve Months”.
2. Review
（1）借助卡片让学生复习1—100等数字。
（2）在黑板上写下month这个词，
问学生Whose birthday is in _______
被问到的学生应该使用正确的句式来回答这个问题：
My birthday is in __________
Step 2: Presentation
1、我们已经能按正确顺序说出十二月份，但是我们怎么告诉别人哪个月是第一，今天就让我们来学。
2、学习第一部分，帮助学生区分数字和序数词。
教师从第一排直至最后一排数学生的个数，并读处相应的数字，使学生体会数字的用法。
再从第一个学生到最后一个学生，说学生的学号，读出相应的序数词，学生体会二者的区别。
3、利用卡片，向学生展示1—12等序数词。
重点强调first, second, third, fifth, ninth, twelfth等特殊序数词的写法。说明其余序数词都是在原单词后加th。
4、播放录音，学生跟读生词，教师纠正学生的发音。
5、根据教材第二部分的设计，教师领读句子，并讲解序数词的用法，英语中通常用序数词表达日期，学生熟读并背诵句子。
