教 学 反 思
对本次教学活动的优缺点进行的自我评价:
对本次课的总体评价
优点 教师自 身 教师本人始终面带微笑,正面对待学生多鼓励,多褒奖;用小组竞赛的方式来进行复习充分调动了学生参与的积极性。本节课总时长40分钟,各操作步骤基本按预算时间完成;教师讲授的时间和给与学生自由思考和练习的时间安排比较合理;教者在问题的设计上,关注到了英语水平处于各个阶层的同学;难易问题设计合理。观察+思考模式的启发式教学,调动了学生积极进行自我思考的主动性;
学生表 现 “亲其师,信其道”。可以看得出来,师生间是非常信任的。整个课堂师 生相处融洽,配合默契;从听讲的整体情况看, 学生或微笑,或沉思,或讨论,或独立完成,没有不和谐、不参与、冷眼旁观者出现,特别是小组竞赛时的热烈表现,令人喜欢;从学生的反应来看,问题难度的阶梯式设计,基本达到了人人有收获的教学设计目的。
整体状 况 1. 目标导引教学方法的运用,充分调动了学生的参与热情;2. 开放与合作小组探究式的教学模式,给与了学生充分的自由思考空间;3. 双人、小组、集体等多种教学活动的交替采用,使整个课堂静动相宜;4. 问题及授课内容因为充分顾及学生实际情况,所以学生的实际掌握情况反应良好。
不足 教 师 不足之处及原因 改进意见
在单词竞赛的时候设计的难度稍稍偏大,学生难用英语解释本单元所学单词或者词组。 把用英语解释英语换成用 body language or posture 等解释或者直接说出单词的中文意思。
学 生 学生练习写句子的时间偏少,学生可能实际动手写句子的能力有待提高。 在以后的课堂上不停复习巩固。
整 体 最后检测的时间有点仓促,如何可以再课堂上讲解完毕并算出每组的平均分就非常好。 课堂本来就是给学生有所收获,只有以后多多注意。
对一些问题的反思
学生的学习效果如何?教学目标是否达成?达到了哪些目标?哪些目标没有达到?为什么?答:学习效果较好,基本上达到了教学目标。学生温习了旧知识,又学习了新内容; 能独立完成相关的学习任务,但个别学生在头脑中没有明确宾语从句及相关知识的建构,显得力不从心。以后应当在备课各个环节时适当考虑设置适合这些同学参与课堂的问题和练习。

2. To learn how to write compositions about person description. (学会用定语从句,with复合结构和非谓语结构来写描写人物的作文。)
