投诉信,也称抱怨信(Letter of Complaint),它是书信的一种,所以它由“称呼——正文——结束语——署名”组成。
其正文的写作方法如下:
首段:引出投诉内容;表明目的要求。
主体:详细说明情况,中肯提出问题; 提出改进建议,表明希望如何解决; 拓展题目内容,尤其要强调问题不解决所带来的后果。
尾段:表达强烈愿望,希望上述问题得到迅速恰当的解决。
