Unit 3 Holiday Fun第四课时教学设计
【摘要】CAI即多媒体辅助教学,为小学生的英语课堂教学注入了新的流动血液,英语课堂教学由“单一型” 的传统模式向自主、合作、探究、创新式的教与学模式转变。我们坚持巧妙运用多媒体进行英语教学,从而真正实现了以学生为主体的兴趣先行、积极参与、 和谐高效、主动发展、求真求精的高效英语课堂。有多媒体陪伴的英语课堂着重培养了学生的英语语言运用能力、交际互动能力,孩子们的听、说、读、写综合训练等方面得以加强,人文教育思想也能得到渗透,教师的课堂效率亦能得到大幅度提升。
【教材分析】本课的教学内容是6A unit3 Holiday Fun的第四课时checkout time和writing部分,本课通过提问句型What did you do for the holiday?复习词组和过去式的句型运用。通过分析老师的例文 Holiday fun,让学生掌握三种英语写作的方法:1、短句变长句,表达更精炼;2、加入描述,表达更生动。3、结构清晰,篇章完整。并把所学知识运用到自己的写作中去,当让完成自己的作文。
【学情分析】六年级上学期学生学习英语的热情很高而且已经有了一定的英语积累,渴望学得更多的知识,提高英语交际和写作能力。让学生在第四课时尝试进行写作教学对学生和老师来说都是有一定的挑战的,这就要求学生有能力积累,才能保证课堂有效性。

【目标预设】
〈知识目标〉
1. 能听懂、会说、会读、会运用句型What did you do for the holiday?I…(动词过去式)…。
2. 能学会并运用三个写作注意点:1、短句变长句,表达更精炼;2、加入描述,表达更生;3、结构清晰,篇章完整,完成自己的写作。
〈能力目标〉
1. 能够理解checkout time部分内容,能够理解范文内容,能够模仿朗读。
2. 培养学生的英语表达能力和写作能力,让学生通过模仿,乐意去尝试写作。
〈情感目标〉
1. 培养孩子欣赏表扬别人的意识。
2.学生能专心听讲,积极思考,认真模仿,乐意去学习运用三点写作注意点并大胆说英语,写英语。
【教学重点】
1. 能听懂、会说、会读、会运用句型What did you do for the holiday?I…(动词过去式)…。
2. 能学会并运用三个写作注意点:1、短句变长句,表达更精炼;2、加入描述,表达更生;3、结构清晰,篇章完整,完成自己的写作。
【教学难点】

【教学方法】
多媒体辅助教学法、任务型教学法及小组合作法。
【设计思路】
本课例设计以任务型学习活动为主,通过多媒体辅助教学增加师生互动和反馈、丰富的图片、动画,采用任务活动等手段,激发课堂趣味性。在活动过程中无意识地、不断地指导孩子写作方法,使写作难点不攻自破。
【课前准备】
1 教具准备:未来教室、句子卡片,多媒体课件,练习纸
2 板书准备:预先准备好课题 Unit3 Holiday fun
【教学过程】本着以学生为主体,教师启发为主导的原则,我把教学过程分为4个环节:
Step 1 Warm up--Brain storm
Students have a brain storm about: holiday activities(假日活动)。
【设计意图:通过头脑风暴让孩子们对go, play, pick, see, watch, play, eat这些动词开头的词组有了进一步的记忆与了解,在课堂上滚动复习以前的知识会达到事半功倍的效果,并为今天后面讲述假日活动做准备。】
Step 2 Presentation and practice
Task1.Fill in the blanks—checkout time
T: What did they do for the holiday Look at the pictures and fill in the blanks.
Ss: went, visited, had, played, cleaned.
Task2. Work in pairs—checkout time
T: Let’s ask and answer with your partner.
A: What did … do for the holiday
B: ...(动词过去式)….
Task3. Fill in the blanks—checkout time
Ss do the exercise on Page 34.
Teacher checks the answers with students.
【设计意图:巧用书本checkout time部分的句型、单词和词组和孩子们交谈,提高了孩子们的学习注意力,在
自由交谈和任务型阅读中,还可以加强老师和学生的情感沟通。而且这部分是为后面的内容作铺垫的。】
Task 4. Let’s guess
What did Sugar do for the holiday
T: Mike, Yang Ling and their families had a good time for the holiday. Look, this is a boy. His name is Sugar. What did Sugar do for the holiday You can guess like this “Did he… ”

【设计意图:给学生一些机会让孩子们试着提问,大大的提高了孩子们的英语口语能力加强了孩子们的自信心,培养了学生的机智应对问题的能力。】
Task 5. Let’s enjoy
T: Let’s enjoy a short video about the winter holiday.
一边播放影片,老师一边说作文的开头:Last winter holiday, I went to Beijing with my son by plane. The weather there was so nice. The sky was blue, and the clouds were beautiful. We visited some interesting places, ate a lot of nice food and took many beautiful photos.
【设计意图:借助多媒体,让学生High起来。通过制作的短视频“Holiday fun”欣赏一些北京的特产和景点的照片,可以让学生在视频中复习以前学过的知识,还能让学生在写作前进入一个轻松快乐的学习氛围中,高效的学习新知识。】
Task 6. The beginning
T: This is the beginning of my writing. Can you try to fill in the blanks.
Last winter holiday, I ______ to Beijing with my son by plane. The weather there ______ so nice. The sky ______ blue, and the clouds ______ beautiful. We _______ some interesting places, ______ a lot of nice food and _______ many beautiful photos.
Ss fill in the blanks.
Task7. The body
T: Look at the body.
Part A: 短句变长句,表达更精炼。
修改前:We went to Great Wall on the first day.
We got up early.
We took a bus to get there.
It looked like a dragon on the mountains.
We were very excited.
We didn’t get to the top.
There were too many people there.

Part B: 加入描述,表达更生动。
修改前:We visited the Summer Palace on the second day.
There was a lake. We went skating on it.
We liked skating.
修改后:
We visited the Summer Palace on the second day. The king and the queen lived there in summer. There was a big lake. We went skating on it. We saw a lot of people skating on the lake. We liked skating. It was great fun.
【设计意图:写作,让各个层次的孩子得到锻炼。写作教学对孩子的英语能力要求是很高的,班级有部分孩子可能有些畏惧心理怕写不好,通过分层写作让各个层次的孩子能力得到锻炼,大大提高孩子的英语学习兴趣和学习能力。】
Task8. The end
结构清晰,篇章完整。
T: This is the end of my writing.
The places were beautiful. The food was nice. We had a great time in Beijing. I want to visit it again and I want to get to the top of the Great Wall.
Ss read the end of the story and try to think of some good ideas of writing.
Step3 Consolidation
Task1.Let’s write
Teacher presents the writing of her Last National Day holiday.
Students read the writing after the tape.
【设计意图:培养学生正确的语音、语调,是学生学好英语的基础,也是英语课堂教学的首要任务。运用音频让孩子模仿音标发音和音调发音,还要模仿句子的语调和节奏,反复操练,模仿得越像越好,长此以往孩子们的英语口语水平会得到很大提高。】
Task2. Show and say
T: This is my last National Day holiday. What did you do for the National Day holiday Let’s enjoy a short video.
T: What did you do for the National Day holiday
S1: I went out for a picnic.
S2: I visited the park with my parents.
S3: ….
【设计意图:小组合作让学生练起来。多媒体出示What did you do for the National Day holiday 学生开始和小伙伴用一问一答的方式进行操练。小组合作学习模式让学生体验合作的重要性,同时也符合了当今小学英语教学的新型理念。】
Task3. Let’s write
You had a great fun. It’s your turn to write your own “Last National Day holiday”
Pay attention to the Writing tip4 :
1.书写认真,标点规范。2.内容完整,条理清晰。
3.拼写正确,语法无误。4.好词佳句,富有情感。

【教学反思】
新一轮“课改”致力于改变学生传统的学习方式,变过去点对面的讲授式、灌输式、机械式学习为自主、合作、探究式的学习并要求要有新的教学观和高的课堂效率。本节课教学过程中,我以学生为中心,巧妙运动多媒体辅助教学,结合该年龄段学生的认知规律、生活常识,心理特征等,新颖且创造性地处理了教材,试图让写作课堂生动有趣。在教学中我采用了任务教学法,情境教学法,学生中心教学法,多媒体辅助教学法及小组合作法,充分利用好多媒体课件的优越性。在教学过程中,介入真实、有趣的语言情境,引进音频、视频、手机应用软件等信息源,大力激发了学生学习英语的兴趣和积极性;注重教学内容的循序渐进、逐层推进的原则,并且在推进中注意了形式的多样性、内容的保鲜性、构思的巧妙性等,有效避免了教学活动的枯燥无味,在教学的摸索长河里,取得了一定进展和实效。
胡适先生年轻的时候就曾说过:“大胆假设,小心求证。”英语教学的过程是漫长而又充满挑战且值得潜心探索的,在以后的教学中我将继续以新课标为准绳,积极探索、大胆创新、敢于实践,我们的英语课堂定然更添魅力!
