(第三课时Sound time, Cartoon time, Culture time)教学设计
教学目标:
在前两课时的基础上会表达以前和现在的状态
2、理解culture time的内容,让学生了解人类的两项重大发明并延伸中国古代的四大发明及其他的发明。
3、了解字母组合er在单词中的发音
4、阅读并理解cartoon time的内容并会表演
教学重难点:
1. 在前两课时的基础上会表达以前和现在的状态
2. 课外拓展阅读,提升阅读能力
3. 让学生了解人类的重大发明,激发学生的求知欲望和远大理想。

Step1:Warming-up
Welcome back again, at this lesson, we’ll go on learning: Then and now.
1.Watch the video;
(通过一组过去和现在生活的图片,让学生感受到社会的进步。) Our lives have changed a lot in many ways.
2.Introduce Clothes 、Food、House and Transportation about the past and the present.
(过去和现在日常生活衣食住行的变化作对比,让学生进一步掌握be动词和行为动词的一般过去式和一般现在时的句型结构,让学生能够更熟练地运用此类句型对比过去和现在的事情。)
Step2:Culture time
1. 从上面的交通工具的变化,T:How do you go to Beijing 引出an aeroplane a train
Learn :an aeroplane.
2 Who invented the aeroplane and the train
Read: invent invented
3. Ask: Who invented the aeroplane and the train Listen and repeat.
Introduce the first aeroplane and the first train.
S: The Americans invented the aeroplane and the British invented the train.

教学反思:本单元的话题是“现在和过去”,是在前三个单元的基础上,对一般过去时做进一步呈现,而一般现在时的句型在五年级上学期已经学过。把两种时态放在一起对比呈现,是一个教学难点。我任教的是第二课时,整合了Sound, Culture及Cartoon time三大板块。
一、营造氛围、突破难点
课前,我播放了大量有代表意义的过去的图片让孩子欣赏,营造了氛围,继而从clothes, food, house, transportation四个方面谈论了过去与现在,让学生感受到科技如何改变生活,两种时态的正确表达,学生通过图片在语境中得以巩固运用,突破了难点。
二、激发兴趣、有效拓展
本课时,我进行了大量有效地拓展,激发了学生学习的兴趣。如:Culture time中拓展了世界上第一架飞机及第一列火车的相关信息,不仅让学生通过观看视频介绍了解了Who Why Where 及When 并且自然过渡到中国古代四大发明及各国的发明,并让学生在练习中学到了感兴趣的知识,还训练了学生的思维能力,学生积极性高,参与主动。
三、朗读指导细致到位
注重对学生朗读的指导,Sound time中,学生带节奏地朗读,很有韵律感;Culture time中的the的读音较有难度,学生通过听录音跟读模仿得有模有样;Cartoon time中spell it连读到位,在体会Miss Fox的语气时能引导学生根据人物不同阶段的心情,读出相应的语气,非常生动。
四、板书设计清晰有效
板书能随堂生成,设计得富有特色,体现了本节课的教学重难点,特别是Cartoon的内容,能通过思维导图的形式呈现,为学生理清了文本的脉络,清晰有效。
