My advice is to use flash cards and to write down the word on one side and a sentence using the word on the other side. Sometimes I even draw a picture on the card, which makes it easier for me to remember the word. Then I can study them when I have time, likes on the bus.

One possible version:
I've been learning English since I were a little kid. I think English is beautiful and interesting, but I'm too shy to speak English in front of class. I think my fellow students will laugh at me about my pronunciation. Every time the teacher asks a question, I'm afraid to answer it, even though I know the answer.
My classmates told me the best way to overcome fear is to face it bravely and never let shyness get in the way of my English study. So if I know the answer, I should say it out bravely. As for pronunciation, they say there is no better way to improve my pronunciation than to practise it every day. It really helps to listen to the English radio programmes and imitate the way the hosts speaks. The more I practice, the better my pronunciation will be.
Courage plays a very important role in English learning. Don't be shy, just have a try. You will find that nobody will laugh at you when you are brave enough to talk to others in English.
