Unit 4 Where is my ruler?

教学目标：
能听懂会说 “Where is …?” “On/In/Under …”并在实际生活中运用。
能力目标：
培养学生灵活运用所学知识进行交流的能力。
情感目标：
（1）激发学生学习英语的兴趣使学生树立学习英语的自信心。
（2）培养学生的合作交流能力。
（3）培养学生良好的生活习惯，教育学生要整理好自己的物品。
教学重点：
能熟练运用Where is ……？ In/On/Under the……这一句型提问和回答物品所在的位置。
教学难点：
让学生正确使用in/on/under
教具准备：
投影仪，一个球，一个盒子，一些文具
教学过程：
Step 1: Warm up - Let’s sing
（设计理念：通过一首英语歌曲，让学生积极融入课堂）
Step 2: Lead in
Read the title, “Where is my ruler?”
（设计理念：过渡到这节课的内容。）
Step 3: Presentation and practice
1、In
Show a picture through the projector, tell the students the meaning of “in”, then, practice the sentence “Where is …?” and the preposition “in”.
（通过多种情景练习，使学生熟练运用介词 “in” 以及能够听懂 “Where is my …?”）
2、On & Under
(1) Give some pictures to the students; tell them the difference between on and under.
（通过图片展示物体的方位，可以让学生更加形象的了解这对反义词）
(2)Lead the students to read those two prepositions, then, add in some games to help them to remember.
（通过游戏，让学生不断练习，在学中玩，在玩中学，快乐有效的学习英语）
Step 4: Consolidation
Consolidate the knowledge through a game.
（让学生巩固加深对介词的印象）
Step 5: Homework
Write each word ten times.
