Step 1. Free Talk 1. Ask and Answer about the : weather, day , and date. Step 2. Presentation 1. Ask the date about Chinese New Year’s Day and Chinese New Year’s Eve in 2018. 2. Talk about the Time, food , things , activities, and feelings about the Chinese New Year with the sentence : be going to ….. 3. Judge the phrases : What do people do at Chinese New Year Yes : Clap your hands and say the words loudly. 拍手一声，并大声说出来。 No: Say “ No” 4. Make a sentence with the key words: 1) Anna is going to have dinner with their family. 2) I am going to buy new clothes. 3) Anna’s parents are going to give her red packets. 5. Make a summary: “be going to+动词原形” 表示“将要/准备/计划做某事”，用于一般将来时。当我们谈论计划时，可以使用“be going to do …” 6. Practice the sentence. eg: What are you going to ( buy, eat , watch, do )at Chinese New Year. I am going to … Step three 1. Chinese New Year is the start of a year. People make wishes for a new year and they usually spend time with their families and friends. Chinese New Year is a festival about ________. Chinese New Year is the most important festival in China. We also call it “____________”. 2. 教 后 记 本节课主要通过对新年的计划让学生明确be going to do sth. 的用法，并通过各种活动复习新年短语，学生不仅从活动中学到了知识，也得到了乐趣。在Culture time部分让学生通过图片了解英美国家最重要的节日，并完成Christmas 的小练习，大部分孩子理解句子意思，有不同答案，这点很好， 但是书写方面有部分学生写不出单词，所以没有展示出来。这点需要提高。 在最后的show time 环节，让学生分小组给不同的节日做计划，学生的展示令我惊喜，孩子们一问一答的形式非常好， 做到了人人能说，人人能提问。总的来说学生达到了既定的目标， 但也还可以在写的方面做一个提升。这是需要改进的一点。
