教学目标及重难点: 1、能听懂、会说、会读词汇:protect the Earth, save, waste, reuse, energy ,most ,come from ,coal ,wood ,cut down ,too many ,plastic ,too much.(教学重点) 2、能听懂、会说、会读句型:We use …to …,We should… ,We shouldn’t ……(教学难点) 3、能理解课文内容,能朗读课文,复述课文。 4、帮助学生树立环保意识,引导学生热爱地球,保护地球。

Step 1 Warming-up 吸引注意,积累语言 多媒体播放保护环境的视频,引出话题:保护地球 Protect the Earth (出示课题,教读earth ,protect) Learning the new words: protect, earth Talk about protect &earth 通过视听的方式把课文整体呈现给学生,提供了真实自然的语言情境,并提出简单、有针对性的问题以帮助理解文章大意。
Step2 Pre- task 导出目标,生成结构 1. watch the cartoon ,then choose a title for each picture Ss watch a cartoon. 通过观看视频,小结课文所讲的四个话题:Save water Save energy Save trees Don’t use too much plastic. 在这个环节,通过运用电脑课件、图片等辅助手段,从听、读、填、练、说等各个方面帮助学生由浅入深的理解课文。
Step3 Task 1 回忆相关知识,初步运用结构 分段学习这四个话题 A: Save water why should we save water How to save water Water is useful. We should water and water. We shouldn’t water. save energy : why should we save energy How to save energy 学生自主朗读,解决问题完成填空部分。 Read and say Learn new words : useful waste water reuse Use useful reuse B :Listen and ask in pairs Read and find the answer: New words coal oil drive so much Read the passage together 让学生带着任务在 预设的情境中进行语言交流,从而达到教学目标。
Step4 Task 2 呈现刺激材料,活用结构 1.Wood comes from . 2.We use to make , and many other things. 3.We should not too many trees because trees help clean. 4.We shouldn’t use/we should use 分工学习三,四段,男生女生进行互相采访提问的比赛. Learn new words: wood cut down Read in groups Read and say 通过质疑、解惑和小组合作,培养学生自主学习的能力
Step5 Task 3 引发期待行为, 强化结构 T: “Protect the earth” speech time is coming, here are the tips, boys and girls, T: We should protect the earth because she nourishes us. 小组合作,每组选择文中的一个小主题.(可以借助板书)Why should we … We should/shouldn’t.. 切合主题,提出保护口号. 紧密联系生活实际,引导学生热爱地球,保护地球。让学生收集一些相关的图片,了解相关话题。
Step6 Post – Task 提供反馈评价,巩固结构 Think and write 整体呈现朗读。小结全文 Read after the tape. Read together. 在跟读、齐读的基础上,让学生进一步熟悉课文,达成教学目标。
