一、教学内容：六上 Unit 5 Signs (Story time)
二、教学目标:
1.能够简单地听、说、读单词及词组：sign, at a shopping centre, be careful, mean, floor, take…into…, in a restaurant；
2.能听懂、会说、会读：What does it mean It means ……./ No eating or drinking./ No littering./ No smoking./ Wet floor；
3.通过本课时的学习，让学生能够看懂一些常见的公共标识，并能用英语进行询问极其描述。
4.通过学习公共标识常识，加强社会公德教育，提高学生自身的文明素养。
教学重难点：
1.通过本课时的学习，让学生能够看懂一些常见的公共标识，并能用英语进行询问及其描述。
2.能借助提示，完整的复述本课对话。

Watch and answer

Find and answer
Q:What signs can you see
Learn :Wet floor,No littering,No eating or drinking, No smoking
Read and underline

Read and choose

Step 3. Practice
1.Read after the tape
2.Read the dialogue together.
3.Choose one picture to act .
4.Do some exercises.
Step 4. Put right signs
1.四人一组利用手中的标识，根据提供的场景，合作放置恰当的标识；
2.组内成员每人至少阐述一个标识；
3.参考句型：I put the sign in the… . It means… .
Step5 .Homework
Read and draw some public signs.
Listen to the tape and read story time.
Finish the exercise on P50.
