Teaching methods and Learning methods: Teaching methods: Task-based teaching and learning method (任务型教学法). b. Game teaching method (游戏教学法); Learning methods: a. Watching some pictures; b. Play the game; c. Independent practice and pair works.

Step II: Presentation and practice Learn the new words: Show the picture of an ostrich. 2. Teacher show pictures of the new words one by one on PPT : Big 、small、long and short. (sing the song :big&small) Games: Bomb game! I say and you do! 3. Read and write the new words to the students. 4. Learn the sentences with teacher. 6. Play words games. 7.Show the pictures and say the sentences 7. Do the exercise on PPT. 8. Let’s do. Big big big! Make your eyes big! ...... Step III: Homework 1.Read and write the new words. 2. To describe the new words to their friends or family after class. Students say “ Good morning/Nice to meet you, too.... ” to teacher. Students do the short chant with the teacher. . Students should read and write the words after teacher. Read the sentences: It...... It has...... It has a...... Watch the video first and do the actions with teacher. Students practice in pairs. Finish the homework after class. Step1: Attract students’ attention. Review the dialogue we have learn. Step 2: Master the new words and sentences. Step3: To consolidate the knowledge we learned this class.
