Step 3: Let’s sing!
So 和 such有区别,名前“such”,形副“so”
so 不能+形容词+名词复数;so 不能+形容词+不可
数名词,只能接单数可数的名词
Little 特殊要注意,“小”用“such”,“少”用“so.
多(many)多(much)少(few)少(little)只用so.
So beautiful a girl可以转换为such a beautiful girl, such a beautiful girl.
such a beautiful girl “a”在形前面,So beautiful a girl “a”在形后面
把它变感叹只需把so改how, such改what

Cinderella’s story (灰姑娘的故事)
①Cinderella was a kind and beautiful girl, so everyone liked her. (such…that…) ②But her stepmother

her do all the chores(杂物).
One day, the king was going to hold a party for the prince. Every girl in the country was happy.

3. Exclamatory sentence patterns
Analysis of the teaching material: This part is a detailed revision about important sentence patterns. It mainly deals with the uses of “…so….that….”, “…such…that…” and exclamatory sentence patterns in practical use. As this is a revision lesson for Senior III, we should understand them as a whole. In this lesson, students will learn to grasp the difference between them, and correctly use it in deferent situations. .
