EDGAR wrote a very famous story called “Tarzan of the Apes”.
In the story, there was an accident on the West coast of Africa. The people on the ship include Lord(勋爵) Greystoke and Lady Greystoke from England. Lord Greystoke and Lady Greystoke are the only survivors (生还者) of the accident.
Lord Greystoke builds a tree house high up in the trees－for his pregnant(怀孕的) wife and does his best to make them comfortable in their new home. Lady Greystoke gives birth to a boy. He later finds out who he really is (an English Lord) and travels to England to visit his home, where he falls in love with a young woman called Jane.

A TOTAL solar eclipse(日全食) was watched in many places along the Yangtze River, on July 22. It was the longest total solar eclipse of the 21st century. People from Tibet to Shanghai could see it.
Many cities, such as Chongqing and Wuhan, turned off many street lights to allow the public to better see the total solar eclipse, which was about four minutes long there.
“This total solar eclipse is just fantastic. You just can’t get that feeling from videos or photos,”said Paul Maley, from the USA, who watched the eclipse in Wuhan.
Millions of people at home and abroad went to the banks of the Yangtze River early to watch the eclipse.
A partial solar eclipse(日偏食) started at 8:01:27 am in Cona. Cona was one of the first places in our country to see the eclipse. However, the view was blocked by clouds.

EDGAR wrote a very famous story called “Tarzan of the Apes”.

A TOTAL solar eclipse(日全食) was watched in many places along the Yangtze River, on July 22. It was the longest total solar eclipse of the 21st century. People from Tibet to Shanghai could see it.
Many cities, such as Chongqing and Wuhan, turned off many street lights to allow the public to better see the total solar eclipse, which was about four minutes long there.
