No littering/parking/smoking/…You can /can’t…. 3、能听懂、会说、会读词汇：litter, go in, take …into, restaurant, someone, smoke, smell。 4、能听懂、会说、会读、会写词汇：sign, shopping centre, careful, mean, floor。 5、通过课文学习，帮助学生掌握“公共标识”的英语语言知识，发展听说读写技能，形成用英语与他人交流的能力，进一步促进学生思维能力的发展，提高学生的综合人文素养。
教学重难点 1、句型：What does it mean It means …. No littering/parking/smoking/… You can /can’t…. 2、词汇：sign, shopping centre, mean。

教学手 段 PPT 课前搜集一下生活中常见的“公共标识”图片。 讨论一下搜集的“公共标识”图片的名称和含义。

教学过 程 Step1：Learning aims: 1. I can know some signs. 2. I can read the story time. 3. I can act the story time. Step 2Warming up Play a game . PPT依次出现单词或短语，还有炸弹，抢读单词，看到炸弹说“Bomb”。此游戏为导入新课做准备。 Step 3 Leading in 1.由游戏导入signs . 2. Show some signs . Where did you see signs before 3.Try to read some signs . 4.Try to write . Finish the exercise on Page50. 5.Ask and answer “What does it mean It means … .” Step4Look and say Q : Who are they Look at the picture . Ss: They are Mike, Helen and Tim. (PPT出示故事主人公图片) Q : Where are they What signs can they see Watch and answer . 按序教学（1）shopping center （2）a juice shop ( 3 ) a bookshop ( 4 ) a restaurant 3 .Q :What signs do they see there Read and match the pictures,并学习标语名称。 Wet floor No littering.
