学情分析： 本节课的授课对象是四年级的学生，学生是在学习了本单元第一课时表示动物的单词及句型“What are these They are…”的基础上继续学习，培养学生的语言运用能力和持续性的学习兴趣。
教学目标： 1、能听说读写下列词汇：these,tomatoes, carrots.try some, 2、能够在情景中恰当运用句型What are these They’re …问答物品名称；能运用句型Are these…？Yes, they are./No, they aren’t.确认是否为某种物品。 3、学生能够理解对话大意，能够用正确的语言、语调朗读对话； 4、通过多种活动形式，培养学生大胆开口说英语的习惯，提高听力能力。
教学重点： 能够在情景中恰当运用句型What are these They’re …问答物品名称；能运用句型Are these…？Yes, they are./No, they aren’t.确认是否为某种物品。
教法难点： 能够利用What are these They’re …和Are these…？Yes, they are./No, they aren’t.确认是否为某种物品，并能在情景中运用。

Revision Review words(Look at the pictures and say) carrot-- carrots tomato—tomatoes potato—potatoes green bean—green beans Review sentences( Look at the pictures, ask and answer) ☆T: Look at this! What is it Ss: It’s an apple. It’s______. ☆T: Look at these! What are these Ss: They’re apples. They’re red. ( 看图补全) (Girls read together.) ☆T: Look at these! What are these Ss: They’re apples. They’re green.(看图补全) (Boys read together.) ☆T: What are these (板书，让学生认读) Ss: They’re tomatoes. They’re red.(看图补全) (Boys：ask Girls: answer) ☆T: What are these Ss: They’re tomatoes. Yes Guessing game 4 ①教师在身后藏了一张蔬菜或水果的图片，让学生用Are these…？来猜教师手中的蔬菜或水果，如果学生猜对了，老师会回答Yes, they are. 学生如猜错 老师答/No，they aren’t. （先作示范）
② 老师首先派一名同学到讲台并让这个学生选一张蔬菜或水果的图片让其他同学来猜。台下的同学用新学的句型Are these…？来提问。台上的这位同学则用Yes, they are. /No，they aren’t.来作答。 （这个活动全班同学都可参与进来。） Step 4. 教学反思：一开始多数同学已积极参与到课堂中，但仍然没能调动起个别同学的兴趣。本节课的重点句型 What are these They are…在词汇教学中已贯穿的讲过，所以在本节课上不属于难点，多数同学能够把句型运用到实际情景中。在重点句型 What are these 的基础上引出新句型Are these… 学生也能够听明白这句话的含义，也能简单的回答出Yes, they are./ No, they aren’t. 但是个别同学还是没能够跟Is this … 的答语Yes, it is. / No, it isn’t. 区分开来。这一点，下节课还是需要继续强调与巩固练习。最后，猜蔬菜和水果的游戏学生们还是很喜欢的，都积极的参与进来了。在玩耍的过程中多数同学也能够运用到新学的句型 Are these… Yes, they are./ No, they aren’t.
