Unit 4 At the farm(第1课时)教学设计
一、教学内容 A部分Let’s learn、Let’s play及Let’s chant
二、教学目标
1.知识目标
(1)能够听、说、认读单词carrot ,green beans, tomato,potato, farm ,these .
(2)掌握句型What are these Are these... Yes, they are. / No, they aren’t.
( 3) 能理解句子Look at the green beans. They’re so long. Yes , and the potatoes are big.
2.能力目标 :
(1) 能够理解事物的复数概念。
(2)能够熟悉地运用句型What are these Are these... Yes, they are. / No, they aren’t.
3.情感目标:教育学生要有合理的饮食习惯。
三、教学重难点
教学重点:掌握三会单词carrot ,green beans, tomato,potato及句型What are these
Are these... Yes, they are. / No, they aren’t.
教学难点:掌握单词potato和tomato的复数形式及these的发音。
教学过程
课前准备sing a song (An apple day )
Step1. Greetings
T:(手势)起立动作
S1:Stand up!
Ss: Good morning, teacher!
T: Good morning, boys and girls! Sit down, please!

(设计意图)通过热情洋溢的师生问候,使师生时间形成一种平等和谐的教学氛围,为整堂课打下良好的铺垫。
Step 2 Leading in
T: Today is sunny and warm. I am very happy. we are going to an interesting place.
It has many trees and grass. It has many animals. It has many vegetables.
Can you guess Where are we going ( ppt qq农场)
Ss: Farm.
T: Yes, we are going to the farm.
(设计意图 ) 本课的导入自然有趣,创设一个真实农场的情景,把学习的内容整体呈现给学生,使学生初步感知认识本节课学习的内容。通过设疑提问的形式激发学生的学习兴趣,使他们的注意力高度集中,有效参与到课堂学习活动中。
1 .T: Teach“farm ”(教师手拿卡片)并教读,(先让学生听、看老师发音的嘴型)教师把单词板书黑板,并标出音素,叫学生拼读,然后跟老师读(集体、小组、个人、男女生读)抽查2小组读。
2 .Teach “these”教师点击PPT图片问:What can you see on the farm 引导学生回答(每小组一人回答) 教师及时评价,并总结All these thing are on the farm. 教学单词these,并提醒学生注意th的发音。
教师点击课件,屏幕上出现carrot图片, 问What’s this It’s a carrot .出示单词卡片“carrot”并教读,(集体、小组、 个人、男女生读)抽查2小组读。再次点击课件出现carrots图片,
T: What are these Are they carrots
Ss: Yes.
T: Yes, they are. They’re carrots.
4. Teach“green bean”教师出示单词卡片green bean时,教师问:What’s this
Ss :青豆,豆角
T:Yes, it’s a green bean .教师手持单词卡片并教学,(.注意字母ee .ea的发音)教师再次点击屏幕问T:What are these Are they carrots
S:No.
T: No, they aren’t. They are green beans.教师指着课件说:Look at the green beans. They are so long!
5. Teach “tomato”
1) Show a bag. T: Look! I have a bag. There is something in it. Who wants to come to the front and taste Be brave!
2) Close your eyes. Open your mouth. What’s it
当学生得出答案时,教师出示实物及单词并教学,待学生熟悉后,(从袋子拿出tomato)逐步引出one tomato,two tomatoes,从而学习tomato的复数形式。
3) Show tomatoes.
T: Look at the tomatoes. What color are they?
Ss: They are red.
T: Yes. They’re red.
教师用手掰开西红柿并尝试说:Oh! It’s yum,.展示单词卡yum并教学, 然后进行趣味拍手操练:I like tomatoes , I like tomatoes , yum, yum, yum。
Then ask the boys and girls to taste it.
(设计意图) 在这个教学环节教师应用了一个不同的导入方法,让学生通过品尝从而引出tomato。从实物展示中让学生掌握tomato的单复数关系,避免了讲语法的枯燥,符合小学生的心理特征。
6. Teach “potato”
1) Show a bag.
T: Look at the bag. Can you touch and guess “Which one is the potato ”
Ss touch it and try to find out the potato.
通过这个“摸一摸”游戏,引出新单词potato,然后出示单词卡,让学生认读。接着引导学生数一数共有多少个potato。
2) Play a short game “High and low”. 巩固操练potato的读音。
3) Show the true potatoes.
T: Look at the potatoes. They’re big .
4) T: When the potatoes become fries, they’re tasty.
趣味拍手操练:带领学生分小组一起吟唱。
I like potatoes, I like potatoes, tasty, tasty, tasty.
5) .编一个chant巩固知识:
Tomatoes, tomatoes, “t” is for tomatoes.
Potatoes, potatoes, “p” is for potatoes.
(设计意图) 在这个环节里,教师让学生通过摸一摸、猜一猜的方式引出potato。并把potato 和tomato进行了比较教学,以一个chant 加深学生对这两个音、形近单词的印象,最后一个环节教师又把单词教学落实到句型中,使单词教学更具意义。

Now, Sarah and Mike are at the farm, too. Let’s listen to the tape.教师播放Let’s learn的内容。
1) 第一遍,学生听录音回答问题:Are the green beans long Are the potatoes big (PPT呈现)
2) 第二遍,订正答案并跟读。
3) Pair work: one student is Sarah, the other is Mike.
(设计意图) 回归文本,通过听读、演一演的活动,持续保持学生高涨的学习情绪。

4. Let’s play: 游戏规则:参加活动的两个学生上来,一个学生手拿图片问What are these 另一个学生猜Are they… 如果猜对了其他同学就说Yes, they are. 如果猜错了就说No, they aren’t .
Step 4 Summary: ( ppt呈现) 这节课我们学习了tomato,potato,carrot,green beans四种蔬菜的名称,它们是农民伯伯通过辛勤的劳作才得以收成的。我们知道蔬菜含有丰富的维生素C,应该多吃蔬菜,因为它们有益于我们的健康。
(设计意图)在总结本节课的同时渗透思想教育:教育学生热爱劳动,懂得不劳无获的道理,希望他们养成良好的饮食习惯。
Let’s chant: 跟随音乐一起进行歌谣说唱。
(设计意图) 通过学生喜欢的chant形式,动静结合,伴随强烈的音乐节奏,最后掀起课堂小高潮。
