Big Ben It is as you have seen it a thousand times on postcards and on TV. The Clock Tower is the world’s largest-four-faced clock. It is simply stunning(转动) and kept in good shape over the centuries. A million people gather around it during the year and getting a good spot. To take pictures is a must. Best to view BB in the evening or early morning time.
London Eye is the world’s tallest wheel at 135m high. Located on the banks of the River Thames, it offers best views over London. Since opening at the turn of the century(世纪之交), the London Eye has become a most splendid landmark, with a status（地位） that can be compared to Tower Bridge, Big Ben, and the Tower of London.
Buckingham Palace was bought by George III in 1761 for the royal family. It has 775 rooms. The Palace is very much a working building. It is the place for the day-to-day activities and duties of the Queen and The Duke（公爵） and their family. It is also the place for great Royal ceremonies. It is decorated with great works of art. More than 50,000 people visit the Palace each year.
