教学内容
Read aloud
教学目标
1、复习询问他人籍贯或国籍的句型及其答语：Where are you from I’m from… /He’s from…
2、复习询问远处陌生人的句型及答语：Who’s that man/woman He’s /She’s my…Is she/he your … No, she/he isn’t.
3、复习描述动物特征的句型：It is (so)…/It has …
4、国家名：the UK, Canada, the USA,China
教学重点：让学生将1－3单元的中心语言融为一体，在具体情景中自然运用。
教学难点：I like sports.
教学过程
热身／复习（Warm-up/Revision）
1. 师生一起“Let’s do”。
2．师生进行对话练习。
3．鼓励学生两人或三人一组模仿做对话。
呈现新课 （Presentation）
1.T:We’ll see an animal.It’s from China.It’s fat.It’s black and white.引导学生去猜。出示第一张“panda”的图片，复习已经学过的知识。
2.T:The next animal is_______.出示第二张“beaver”的图片，复习已经学过的知识。“Where are you from I’m from_______.”
3.T:What’s this Ss:Eagle.出示“eagle”的图片，复习已学的句型。
4.用课件上被覆盖的“kangaroo”图片，引导学生猜。复习描述动物特征的句型：It is (so)…/It has …
5.T：Today we’ll meet a new friend.His name is Liu Xing.出示Liu Xing的照片，T：Is he fat or thin Ss:He’s thin.引导学生完成句型练习“Hello,I’m Liu Xing. I’m t_______and t_______.”
6.出示Liu Xing全家的照片，复习“Who’s that man/woman He’s /She’s …Is she/he … No, she/he isn’t.”
7.用Liu Xing身着运动装的照片，引出“I’m tall.I like sports .”并且对比Yao Ming&Liu Xing的照片，复习形容词“tall,short”。
8.John：“I like sports,too.”引出Let’s act 的内容，播放视频，模仿跟读课文对话。
趣味操练 （Practice）
Let’s act.
学生佩戴头饰，三人一组进行课文对话表演。选出最佳小组和最佳男、女演员奖。
2. 让学生模仿“Let’s act”，自编对话，并上来表演。
3、情感教育 T：Why is Wang Tong so tall ... She likes sports.
Homework: 1.Read the dialogue at home.
2.Introduce your friend to your parents.
