Grammar
句型结构：主语+was/were+not+形容词+(其他).
They weren't old then.那时他们不老。
She wasn't tall then.那时她不高。
分析：该句型是含有be动词的一般过去时的否定句,用来描述某人/物以
前不……。其中weren't是were not的缩写形式,wasn't是was not
的缩写形式。
eg: We weren’t naughty then. 那时我们不淘气。
