Grammar
良好的饮食习惯对于保持身体健康至关重要。恰当的饮食可以对疾病的治疗起到辅助作用,帮助人体恢复健康。相反,不良的饮食习惯会导致人体正常的生理功能紊乱,从而引发疾病。
因此,我们应该养成健康的饮食习惯。饮食过量不仅会导致胃肠负担过重,影响消化功能,而且会导致营养过剩,引发疾病。暴饮暴食或长期过饱都可能造成消化道功能紊乱。
