被动语态

主动语态：主语为施力者（执行者）
被动语态：主语为受力者（承受者）
被动语态(passive voice)是动词的一种特殊形式，用以说明主语与谓语动词之间的关系。一般来说，只有需要动作对象的及物动词才有被动语态。汉语往往用"被""受""给"等被动词来表示被动意义 。
隆重登场：My name is “by”. I am also very important in passive voice. If you forget me , people won’t know who has done that thing. So, in Chinese, I am called “被”.
被动语态的构成结构：be+ 及物动词的过去分词
主动：We clean the classroom every day.
被动：The classroom is cleaned by us
every day.

在不同的时态中，只需要变化be 动词的形式，过去分词部分不发生变化。疑问式和否定式的变化也如此。
主动：They plant flowers every year.
被动：Flowers are planted by them every year.
主动：The Browns planted flowers last year.
被动：Flowers were planted by the Browns last year.
主动：The Browns will plant flowers next year.
被动：Flowers will be planted by the Browns next year.

部分动词在主动语态中后接宾语补足语的时候不加to，然而改成被动语态时应加上to。

主动：The boss made the workers work 12 hours a day.
被动：The workers were made to work 12 hours a day by the boss.
主动：We often hear the blind boy practice the piano.
被动：The blind boy is often heard to practice the piano.
