教学目标
1、知识目标
（1）学生能够听说读认单词horses、cows、hens、sheep及其复数形式。
（2）学生能够运用句型These are…. Wow!They’re so cute. 讨论农场动物。
2、能力目标
学生能熟练运用单数或复数句子谈论事物。
3、情感态度目标
（1）学生在课堂上积极参与，乐于开口，敢于模仿，有竞争意识和表演欲望。
（2）培养学生热爱动物、热爱自然，会主动与他人交流。
教学重难点
1、掌握并准确运用本课的单词和句型。
2、掌握单数句子与复数句子的灵活运用。
教学过程
Step1. Warm up
Greeting.
What’s your name Nice to meet you. How are you I like tiger/panda. Do you like panda

Act like a ......（先个人表演再小组一起模仿动物）

Step2.Presentation
1、情境设置：参观Old Mike 的农场。
T：We love animals. I have a friend. His name is Old Mike. He has a big farm.At the farm, we will see more animals.(黑板贴：Unit 4 At the farm.) 跟读标题。At the farm,we will see more animals.
2、教学单词
（1）horses
horse: ①听声音猜动物。 T:Listen.What’s this (马) Oh, it’s a horse. 请学生读horse，并做动作。 全班读。②学生回答问题：-What’s this
horses:①出示三匹马的图片。T：How many horses can you see Show me your finger.One horse,two horses, three horses.How many horses can you see ②带读horses↗horses↘，请几位学生试读。 讲解：读glass与horses 对比.T:Look at my mouth.Glasses(放慢声调)。两人合作，一生读hor-,一生读-ses.③学生回答问题：What are these
Pair work:① Look, these are...Wow,they’re so...(引导学生回答) ②I’m Old Mike. You’re Sarah.(师生对话)I’m Sarah. You’re Old Mike.(师生对话) ③Pair work(同桌合作，讨论图片)One is Old Mike,one is Sarah. ④学生表演（先介绍自己再表演）
（2）hens
hen：①听声音看图片猜动物。T：Listen and look!Eggs.What’s this (母鸡)Yes, it’s a hen. ②(拼读法)带读hen↗hen↘，请几位学生试读。 摇头晃脑读 ③学生回答问题：-What’s this
hens：①出示6只母鸡的图片。T：How many hens can you see Show me your finger.One hen,two hens, three hens......How many hens can you see ②带读hens↗hens↘，请几位学生试读。 全班大小声读。 ③学生回答问题：What are these
学生练习回答：① Look, these are...Wow,they’re so...(引导学生回答) ②(男女分组读)Boys/girls:you’re Old Mike. Girls/Boys:you’re Sarah.(学生举手回答)
（3）sheep
①听声音猜动物。 T:Listen.What’s this (羊) Yes, it’s a sheep.②拼读法带读单词。T：Show me your finger.follow me [ ],sh,sh, [ ][ ][ ]. Sheep. sheep↗sheep↘.请几位学生试读。③学生回答问题：-What’s this
④数羊(男女生分组练习)。T：Boys/Girls.How many sheep can you see Let’s count.One sheep, two sheep, three sheep......Oh,it’s time to go to bed.⑤学生对比回答问题：What’s this . What are these (提醒学生注意sheep单复数同形)
学生练习回答：① Look, these are...Wow,they’re so...(引导学生回答) ②(学生举手问答)T: who can Who’s old Mike Who’s Sarah.
（4）cows
cow:①看图猜动物。T：Do you like sheep I have an animal.It’s black and white.We can get milk from it. What’s this (奶牛) Yes, it’s a cow.拼读法带读cow，请学生试读，并做动作。指导发音，再读，并做动作（提出表扬：You're so cute）。
cows:①（指着表演的学生）T：How many cows can you see （出示单词卡片，板书-s） ⑤教师引导学生回答：These are cows.Wow! They’re so cute!
Step3.Practice
Game.
①have a try.全班大声说 ②小组竞赛group 1 and group 2，答对一个得一颗星。
Step4.Consolidation and Extension
Turn to page...播放录音，学生跟读。
角色扮演.
①同桌相互练习。②学生表演
