1、情境设置:参观Old Mike 的农场。
T:We love animals. I have a friend. His name is Old Mike. He has a big farm.At the farm, we will see more animals.(黑板贴:Unit 4 At the farm.) 跟读标题。At the farm,we will see more animals.
2、教学单词
(1)horses
horse: ①听声音猜动物。 T:Listen.What’s this (马) Oh, it’s a horse. 请学生读horse,并做动作。 全班读。②学生回答问题:-What’s this

④数羊(男女生分组练习)。T:Boys/Girls.How many sheep can you see Let’s count.One sheep, two sheep, three sheep......Oh,it’s time to go to bed.⑤学生对比回答问题:What’s this . What are these (提醒学生注意sheep单复数同形)

(4)cows
cow:①看图猜动物。T:Do you like sheep I have an animal.It’s black and white.We can get milk from it. What’s this (奶牛) Yes, it’s a cow.拼读法带读cow,请学生试读,并做动作。指导发音,再读,并做动作(提出表扬:You're so cute)。
cows:①(指着表演的学生)T:How many cows can you see (出示单词卡片,板书-s) ⑤教师引导学生回答:These are cows.Wow! They’re so cute!
