地点介绍类演讲稿
文体感知
地点介绍类演讲稿是一种常见的应用文。它以口头的形式向听众介绍一个地点，让听众更深入地了解这个地点的情况。写作时注意要重点突出，详略得当。文章不一定要面面俱到，应重点描写该地点的特别之处，突出其特色(如其独特的自然风景、历史文化、地貌特征、风土人情、传说故事、民族习俗或名胜古迹等)，这样才能给读者留下深刻的印象。在语言特点上要注意：
第一，时态多为一般现在时；
第二，要准确运用方位词，恰当使用过渡词；
第三，遣词造句要简洁，内容要尊重客观事实，不可过分渲染。

开头(第一段): 简单自我介绍，提出演讲主题；
主体(第二、三段): 演讲具体内容；
