Step I. Greeting

Song: Fishes fishes where are you?
Step III. New lessons
Task 1:New words learning
Ss work in groups to read the new words and sentences of the learning aims on the exercise book. Then one group follow the team leader to read(T collect the pronounciation). T show the picture,Ss say the words and try to spell it. Next,one student lead the Ss to read.
Check 1a and finish exercise book I can write(30secs).
Task 2 Sentence patterns learning
Lead in:T “ I have a pen, but I can' find it, I can say...” lead the Ss speak out the sentence pattern “Where’s my ...?”then use the study stuff to practice the pattern and tell T where they are.( note:the plural number pattern.)
Task 3 Listening
Ss listen to the tape and finish 1b.Ask4 Ss to read the conversation and others translate.Then Ss follow the 4 Ss to read. Follow the tape.
Task 4 Pairwork
T show the pictures and ask the Ss the position with prep.in/on/under
---Where’s my schoolbag?
---It’s in the desk.
---Where’re my books?
---They’re on your desk?
(Oral practice)
Task 5: Extending knowledge
T: “Where’s your English book?”
S: “It’s on the desk.”
T: “Is it in the /his/her desk?”
Ss: “Yes/No.
Another pair with plural numbers ( pens)
Lead out the general question and how to answer.
Ss read the sentences on the blackboard.
Step VI.Exercise book
Task 1 Group exploration and knowledge summary.
Task 2 finish the target detection in 2mins and ask 1 S to explain it.
Step VII.Stageshow
Stick the pictures on the blackboard to help students review the new words.
1S on the stage to ask where the things are.Then30secs for the Ss to practice in pairs and show on the stage.
