课时目标:
1、进一步巩固单词:strawberry ,pear ,orange ,watermelon ,banana ,grape ,apple等。
2、通过情景会话,进一步巩固“询问别人是否喜欢某种物品和表达个人对某种物品的喜好”等日常交际用语,并能在实际情景中自然运用。
3、 熟练掌握重点句型及词汇:I want some… and… ,dollars, It’s cheap ,I’m full ,doggy bag ,no way.
4、 学生能在图片的帮助下, 读懂Story time 中的故事、理解并朗读表演故事.
5、通过故事学习,学生能了解吃自助餐的用餐要求,培养学生养成勤俭节约,不暴饮暴食的好习惯。
学情分析:
本部分通过zoom和zip吃自助餐的故事,重现了本单元的重点词汇和句子,目的是通过一个较为有意义的语篇,增加学生语言的输入量,并且训练学生逐步适应文本阅读。
教学重难点:
1、了解故事大意,能借助图片读懂Story time 中的故事。
2、 能掌握重点词汇及句型I want some…and…。
3、能理解对话并回答课后问题。
教学准备:
1、水果单词卡片以及chicken ,hot dog, milk ,juice, coke ,full,等卡片。
2、课件。
3、自己制作的小红花。
教学流程:
一、 热身(warm - up)
1、Sing a song :教师播放教材p54 Let’s sing 的歌曲《An apple a day》,师生一起有节奏地边唱边做动作。
2、Greetings
T:Hello ,everyone!
Ss:Hello ,Miss Zhong!
T:Nice to meet you!
Ss:Nice to meet you too!
T:today,we have two groups,one is group A ,the other one is group B, let’s have a match ,which group get more flowers,OK
Ss: OK!
3、Preview
(1)根据图片快速说出单词。
T:Good , first ,let’s quickly say.be loudly !
学生看课件说出单词,教师给予奖励!提醒学生注意区分单复数。 T:Good job!
(2)、group work
学生以小组为单位开展活动。A、B组各派4名同学上台参加比赛,用图片进行对话,最后评选出优胜小组。

二、新课呈现(presentation)
(一)教学story time.
1、引出主题buffet.
T: Now , boys and girls ,today ,we will learn a story about eating. In restaurant,we don’t need to order food. we take food by ourselves.
Do you know where it is
Ss:自助餐。
T:you are right! Buffet!
We can eat cheap and fresh food in the buffet room.
T将标题buffet板书在黑板上,并带读2遍,让学生学习感知。
(follow me please, buffet, buffet. good)
2、出示一组食物food图片,每种食物标上价格(并讲解另一货币:美元),引导学生一边看价格一边说:Wow! It’s cheap.板书并教读cheap,让学生说说cheap的意思。然后指着鸡肉说:I want some chicken .板书并教读chicken、want,重点教读want。接着指着热狗说:I want a hot dog.教读hot dog.最后板书并教读:I want some chicken and a hot dog. What food do you want 让学生一边自由选择图片一边说:I want….
通过人民币符号引出美元符号,教学生读并板书dollars,让学生认识美元,以及8美元怎样表示。
(Look ,this is renminbi symbol ,what’s this
It’s dollars symbol.follow me ,dollars. This is eight dollars.)
出示一组水果fruit图片,引导学生一边看一边说:Wow,I want some bananas,oranges and apples(板书并教读).What fruit do you want 这个句型自由表达自己所想要的水果。让学生一边自由选择图片一边说:I want…..
出示一组饮料drink图片,引导学生一边看一边说:Wow,I want …这个句型自由表达自己所想要的饮料

2、创设情景:
首先课件出示Zoom和 Zip一起决定去Buffet的画面,look! Zoom and Zip are hungry , they want to go to a buffet. Now, Let’s listen to the story. (师播放录音)
3、画面呈现第一幅图,教师讲解,教读并板书each。再请两组分角色读Zoom和zip的句子,看哪组读得好。(well done,look at picture 1,please follow me: each.now group A is Zoom,group B is Zip,let me see which group is good.)
3、画面呈现第二幅图,全班一起读句子,再男女分开读,教师奖励表现好的小组。
(excellent!please look at picture 2,Zoom is in the buffet,he wants to eat some food and fruit.let’s read these sentences together. Now, I’ll ask boys and girls to read the sentences,let me see,which group is good.
6、画面呈现第三幅图,学生分角色模仿读。(boys and girls,Zoom eat a lot, so he is thirsty now,he wants some drinks,Who wants to be Zoom Who wants to be Zip )
7、画面呈现第四、五两幅图,教师描述说:Zoom eats a lot, 然后指着zip提问:How about Zip 学生说:She is full.教师呈现full 词卡,并用动作帮助学生理解full. 教师教读并讲解doggy bag,No way并呈现词卡(讲解doggy bag的由来) ,并请几位同学表演读这段话。(ok ,let’s look at picture 4 and 5,zoom eats a lot,and how about zip she is full.please follow me, full,(教师加上肢体动作).doggy bag,No way.OK,who wants to read it for us

(二)理解故事,回答问题。
Now ,there are some questions about the story .please open your book, and find the answers. You can discuss with your partner, Let me see which group is the best .OK let’s go.
Questions:

6.can zoom take away the food
师读题,学生举手回答,教师指着第五题问:Has Zoom eat all the food 学生说:NO。(在此对学生进行不要暴饮暴食和节约粮食的教育)出示句子说:so ,we don’t eat and take too much food,we should save food, also eating too much is bad for our health.
最后提问can zoom take away the food 学生说:No way(没门).
(The last question,can zoom take away the food no way. Well done! Children!)
(三)角色扮演
请组员上台展示故事,教师评选优秀小演员。(this time,please read the story and practice and then show your story ,OK )
三、巩固与拓展(consolidation and extension)

(2)请根据提示完成你的佳作。(finish your work)
