Unit5 A Let’s talk

Step1: Presentation
T: Hello. boys and girls! Before the class.I'll divide you into two groups .group one is hamburgers.(西餐的代表)group two is dumplings(中餐的代表)在接下来的话题进行中都围绕着哪组表现好,最后给评选出winner
1.Let’s sing the song:What Would You Like ? (教师和老师一起唱)
2. Choose the food
T : All the food is on the menu(教师出示一张饭店的菜单)
This is a menu, DO you want to have something ?
引导学生说出Can I have some...... please ?
T : Sure, Here you are .
Work in pairs (充分巩固了上一节课所学习的内容)
3 let's chant(教师出示本节课的一些带图片的单词卡片如rice soup ....)
Eg : Rice rice I like rice
Soup soup I like soup
设计意图:通过自由交流迅速切入本课话题,在语境中呈现并学习本课重点单词 rice,soup,并快速进入课文情景。
Step 2: Presentation and practice
1.T: ppt呈现出一个餐厅 钟表菜单
Look at the picture .What time is it ?
Ss : It's 6 o'clock in the afternoon .school is over .
T: It's time for dinner (教师教读dinner并板书)
出示几组套餐:rice and soup noodles and beef
Fish and bread vegetable and rice
Chicken and bread milk and hamburger.
T: It's time for dinner. I'm so hungry .everything is ready (教师进行分音节every thing)并进行板书
I'd like some rice and soup. What would you like for dinner?(板书)
引导学生回答I'd like….板书
利用黑板上的套餐进行替换练习。
2.T: what about Mike? What would he like for dinner ? Can you
Guess ?Let's go and have a look ? Ok?
Ss : ok!
Listen to the tape and answer it
设计意图:先引导学生猜一猜,旨在激发学生好奇心,培养学生发散思维能力,让他们带着探究的欲望去认真倾听对话。
( after listening)
T: Now, who can tell me what would Mike like for dinner? Now you are mike .who can try ?
S1:I'd like some rice and soup.(点击ppt出现rice和 soup的照片)
3 T: what would Mike's mother like for dinner ? Can you guess? Now you are his mother
S: I'd like....
T: maybe...
Listen again, and try to answer what would Mike's mother like for dinner ?
(老师故意这样问一下,并不要求学生能说上来,而是再次调动学生积极思维,让他们带着疑问听音感知和理解对话)
T: what would Mike's mother like for dinner ?
(点击PPT:出现vegetable and fish的照片)
4. Listen again. This time, listen and repeat and try to find the answer.
After listening, T : oh ,we come to mike's home everything is ready.I will ask them another question:
教师鼓励学生说出 wait and see的意思
【设计意图】:学生听录音跟读、模仿,有助于学生标准语音、语调的形成。
5 Role --play
.Now girls are Mike. Boys are dad. I am mom. Let’s read the dialogue. Girls stand up.
【设计意图】:充分检查学生在读之后的情况,并进行及时的纠音练习
Step 3: Consolidation and extension
1 the dinner of dad and mom
T :Dad and mom are hungry.Who can act like mom? Dad? Let’s ask dad together.
Ss : dad dad , what would you like for dinner ?
S1: I'd like..........
Ss : mom, mom , what would you like for dinner ?
S2 : I'd like...........
(设计意图 ) 鼓励学生大胆说,大胆表演,多让学生说练。创设情景,布置任务,设置信息差,让学生在真实的语境中,通过生活化的任务驱动,运用本节课的重点句型,达到用语言交际的目的。
2 work in group小组讨论:完成调查表
A:what would you like?
B:I’d like…,
尝试完成自己的的调查表,最后请几名同学在全班学生面前做展示。
了解同学们喜欢的食物和饮品。并告诉他们Eating more vegetables and fruits is good for our health. We should be far away from junk food.多吃蔬菜水果对身体有益,我们应该远离垃圾食品。”
Step 5: Homework
1.Listen and repeat the dialogue, try to imitate and retell the dialogue.
