What bad habit do you think concern young people the most
Make a list of good habit of lifestyle. Then give your reasons why you think they are important.

Look at the pictures on page 18. What choices or preferences make it easier for people to develop these bad habits

It’s a way of living of individuals, families, and societies, which they show in their physical,
psychological, social, and economic environments on a day-to-day basis. Lifestyle is expressed in both work and leisure behavior patterns and in activities, attitudes, interests, opinions, values, and income. It also reflects the way we see ourselves. Lifestyle is a mixture of motivations, needs, and wants and is influenced by factors such as culture, family, groups, and social class.
What is lifestyle
A healthy lifestyle is more than just diet and exercise. It’s not just about being physically fit and free from any health abnormalities but also having a happy and well-balanced physical, mental, and social life.
Locate and memorize key details and take notes.
1. Try to screen out all the details that appear behind the logic;
2. The comparative relationship may be the test site;
3. Make good use of your notes and recall important details through various logical symbols.

It is important to know whether what the speakers say is a fact or an opinion. An opinion is a subjective statement and a fact is objective. A fact is what really is true, while an opinion is what you believe, often using phrases like “I think/believe”, “in my opinion”, “to me” and so on.
Distinguish facts from opinions
Decide whether these statements from the conversation are facts (F) or opinions (O). Discuss the opinions with a partner and see if you agree on them.

Regular exercise
Exercising before starting your day at work is not only proven to make you feel better but you will have more energy for the entire day. Go outside for at least 15 minutes, you can walk rapidly and get some sun rays on your face. The sun helps your body to produce vitamin D.
Reasonable and healthy diet
Avoid greasy(多脂的) food, junk food as much as you could.
The updated recommended amount of water intake is about 15 cups for the average adult male and 11 cups for the average female.
Smoking and drinking alcohol are known to be major risk factors for various forms of disease.
Good quality sleep
Researches recommend seven to nine hours of sleep every night. Getting good quality sleep will enable us to be more effective in our study and help us in handle the daily challenges.
Proper stress management
Stress always gets in the way of our health and life goals. And it can lead to poor sleep, weight loss, and some bad behaviors.
That’s why it’s very important to manage our stress well by socializing or going out with friends. You can play some sports or just hang out and bond with your family and loved ones. Some choose other forms of relaxation such as yoga.
Promote a friendship network
Neglecting(疏忽) friendship can lose a friend. See your friends regularly and make it your schedule in lifestyle. Engage yourself in weekly get-together to watch your favorite Game or a TV show, or join a monthly dinner club.
Weekend habit
To improve your mind and body have a weekend celebrations with your loved one. Having something new can change the prospect and to have a good health. Find something that interests you, and do it with someone.
A walk in nearby park with family or friends can be great approach to get some exercise with fresh air.
