Part Four: Presentation
Step One:greet and review
(1)Greeting:
Good morning boys and girls! Welcome to our English class! Today we will learn a new lesson, before the new class, let’s review.
(2) Review: play a game---Hot Seat
通过 “hot seat”的游戏来复习,活跃课堂气氛,让学生快速进入英语的学习氛围。
Eg: 1. What’s your favorite colour
2. What’s your favorite clothes
3. Who is your best friend
4. Do you like English?
5.Do you like me
T: Ok, guys, time’s up. All you are so active! Now, let’s begin our new lesson!
Step Two: New Words
T:We have learned “My favorite colour”, “My favorite clothes”, now, we should learn “My favorite subject”.
出示课件“标题”,分音节教读“subject”,sub-ject.让学生仔细观察老师的嘴型是如何发音的。
T:Read after me: subject, subject 科目;科目.
Teacher asks: “How many subjects do you know ” “What are they ”学生踊跃回答问题,教师在PPT中出示学生所说的PPT的名称。全部出示完毕后,教师说:“Do you know these subjects how to say in English Now, let’s learn it.”
①The first one, look at my mouth(让学生注意老师的嘴型,观察如何发音),Chinese,Chinese, Chinese,(节奏要慢,嘴型要夸张,便于学生观察学习)。
T:Read after me “Chinese, Chinese,语文;语文(加翻译读三遍,加深印象。)
②The next one,用同样的方法进行教授。
③用同样的方式教读完“music”以后,T:“We call them---;学生回答:subject.教师出示PPT——subject,科目,再教读“subject, subject,科目,科目。(使学生再加深印象,进行巩固。)
以上一轮新单词的教授后,教师再领同学们读新单词,按照“Chinese, Chinese,语文;语文。”这一模式。
在此过程中,读完“Chinese”以后,给同学们扩展“Chinese”还有另外一个意思是“中国人”,而且要强调首字母要大写!同样在读完“English”以后,给同学们扩展“English”还有另外一个意思是“英国人”,而且也要强调首字母要大写!在读到“PE”时,强调这两个字母都要大写。
Step Three: Exercises
在教授完新单词后,做练习,巩固刚刚所学的新单词。
T:The next, let us do some exercises!教师出示PPT,拿出制作好的单词卡,问同学们PPT中出示的句子“What subject is it ”.出示标有英文和汉语的单词卡(正面英文,反面汉语),反复让不同的同学站起来回答问题,既说英语又说汉语,按照“Chinese, Chinese,语文;语文”这一模式,来检测学生单词的掌握情况。
Step Four: Key Sentences
When the exercises finish, the teacher asks: “What’s your favorite subject ”(语速要慢,因为有所学的知识做铺垫,所以学生会很容易理解这句话的意思。)
联系所学知识,根据本节课所学内容,让学生自主表达出 “My favorite subject is…”.教师与学生一问一答,引出本节课的重点句型,出示课件
Step Five: Conversation
同桌之间做对话,运用所学知识,练习本节课的重点句型。小组之间展示练习成果。
Step Six: Text
T: Let’s continue! Open your book, turn to page 56, Let’s see our friends. What are their favorite subjects (出示PPT)
(1)让学生自主阅读课文,提出疑问,找出你认为可以和同学们一起探讨的问题。
Eg:sure 当然了
also 也
如果学生没有提出以上两点,教师在学生的问题答疑完毕后,出示PPT,展示以上两个知识点。教师和学生一起复习 “sure”当然了这一单词: “sure, sure”当然了.教师解释 “also”是“也”的意思,再提问“还有哪个单词也是‘也’的意思呀?”学生回答:“too.”
T: 既然“also”和“too”都是“也”的意思,那么我们怎么来区分他们呢?(引出本节课语法的学习。)
(2)出示PPT,教师说:“老师已经把他们俩的相同点列出来了,同学们看例句,能说出他们有哪些不同吗?”
(学生自主思考,发表自己的见解。老师出示PPT加以概述。)

Part Eight: reflection after class
运用 “ hot seat”一个游戏来进行复习,既活跃了课堂气氛,激发了学生的热情,带动了学生学习英语的积极性,又复习了之前学习的知识,两全其美,这种方式以后要在课堂中多灵活运用;在自主阅读,提问题的环节中,同学们所提的问题不好掌控,时间有所浪费,还有教师所强调的两个知识点,上下衔接生硬,使得这个环节不流畅,以后在备课中还要多揣摩,努力改进。
