一、教学目标：
1. 能听、说、读、写四会单词：forty，fifty，sixty，seventy，eighty，ninety并能灵活运用。
2. 灵活运用下列句型：
A:How many books are there on my desk ？B:There are eight books .
3. 情感态度与价值观:
激发孩子们学习英语的兴趣和好奇心,提高他们的语言表达能力。
二、重点难点：
教学重点：1、how many 是固定短语。意思是“多少”，用于对可数名词数量的提问。2、there be 句型 意思是“有”，表示在某地存在（有）某物/某人。单数的物或人，be动词用is ，两个或两个以上的物或人，be 动词用are。
教学难点：1、put ...on... 介词短语，表示“把......放在......上。”
2、From...to... 介词短语，表示“从......到......”。
三、教具准备:
教学课件，书本，铅笔
四、 教学过程：
1，复习和导入
课前听关于数字的歌,激发兴趣
听《Number song》复习数字，然后呈现数字1-20复习数字，教师拿出提前准备好的教具（书和铅笔）T: What’s this S1: This is a book S2:It’s a book
T: How many books are there S1: There are____ books S2: There is_____ book
2，新课：
师：今天我们学习Lesson: How many books are there
出示幻灯片：
How many books are there There are ……
（1)T: What’s this S1: This is a book S2:It’s a book

讲解there be 的用法。表示在某地存在（有）某物/某人。单数的物或人，be动词用is ，两个或两个以上的物或人，be 动词用are。
出示幻灯片 提出问题：1.Who are they 2. What happened 带着这两个问题观看课文视屏（Danny’s Game)，看看发生了什么事,观看完后提问学生回答问题。

教师简单的演示put……on……句型。
(4)小组实物练习How many 句型。
小组对话展示。
(5) 出示幻灯片，完成提前发放好的《当堂检测》学生完成好后，教师用
（实物展台）展示并利用电子白板进行批注。

找规律：I am smart, I can count如： twenty-one 说明两个数字间的中间为连字符。
教师问学生：从20-90的拼写你发现了什么？问学生：（以ty结尾）
下面我们一起来做个小游戏放松一下：报数1-24.最后，利用课文的重点句型

玩游戏 《I can say the numbers》让学生一起回答。
