Learn to describe a Chinese festival
email是应用文的一种,是现代人类交际的重要媒介之一,也是人与人之间表达情感,传递信息,沟通思想的重要桥梁。
写email时,首先在“发件人(From)”一栏中写上发件人的email地址,在“收件人(To)”一栏中写上收件人的地址,然后在“主题(Subject)”栏中输入你所发出的email的主题,该主题将显示在收件人收件箱的“主题”区,如果有需要传送的文件,在“附件(Attach)栏”中添加附件,之后书写正文部分,格式与一般书信格式类似,包括称谓、信件正文、结尾语和签名。
目前大多数较正式的email的信件正文都采用“事由(交代写信原因)——主旨(陈述此信的主要内容)——结尾(总结全文,表达希望等)”的三段式结构。
好朋友之间的邮件所使用的语言和格式可以稍微随意一些。
