There be 句型课程讲解（一）
一、There be 句型的用法：
表示某个地方存在某物或某人，be动词的单复数必须依主语的变化而变化。如：房间里有一张桌子。There is a table in the room.
区别: 表达一个人拥有某样东西时则用have/has，如:我有一张桌子。I have a table.
二、There be 句型的结构：
There is+第三人称单数可数/不可数主语+地点状语
三、there be, here be句型中的就近一致
我们比较熟悉的there be句型和here开头的句子其实是倒装句的一种，be动词常与其后面最近的主语保持一致，如：
There is a table and four chairs in dining room.
餐厅有一张桌子和四把椅子。
Here are some flowers.
这有一些花儿。
四、并列主语句子中的就近一致
由并列结构或连词（如either…or, neither…nor, not…but, not only…but also, or等）连接的并列主语，谓语动词与较为靠近的那个名词或代词保持一致，如：
连词 例句
either…or 或者……或者…… Either you or Tom comes to my office. 你或汤姆，来一趟我办公室。
neither…nor 既不……也不 Neither Tom nor his parents are at home. 汤姆和他父母都不在家。
not……but 不是……而是 Not you but your father is to blame. 不是你，而是你父亲该受责备。
not only……but also 不但……而且 Not only you but (also) he is wrong. 不仅你错了，他也错了。
or 或者 What he does or what he says does not concern me. 他的行为或言谈都与我无关。
重点：
一、重点：there be句型的就近一致；并列连词并列主语的就近一致。
遵循就近一致原则的情况总结如下表：

二、易错点：就近一致原则中的特殊连词。
注意就近一致中并列连词中并没有both…and，我们在讲语法一致已经说过，若both…and连接主语时，主语为复数，谓语动词用复数形式，如：
Both Tom and Jerry are good students.
汤姆和杰瑞都是好学生。
三、补充考点：从句中的主谓一致
在定语从句中，关系代词作主语，其谓语动词应与它所指代的先行词保持一致，如：
I know the man who is standing at the gate.
我认识那个站在门口的人。
考点解析：
