教学目标
1.整个课堂以小组合作式、体验式等多种学习方式,通过设计自编歌曲和歌谣环节使学生理解掌握词汇及句型。
2.培养学生较好的文化意识与英语语感;小组与小组间相互合作,互相帮助;爱北京和爱祖国的文化意识教育。
3.使学生能练习写说相关名词的复数形式的句子。
4.培养以旧带新掌握一定的语言技巧的能力。
学情分析
五年级正是承上启下的年级,学生已经有了两年的学习基础,对英语学习的主动性比较高,课堂参与度高,对新鲜事物感到好奇,喜欢亲身参与和体验学习活动。
重点难点
教学重点:掌握单词children ,men, women
教学难点:能够正确运用句子: A ___ is ___ing . Some ___ are ___ing.并能够区分单、复数的区别。
教学过程
【导入】Lesson 7 Arriving In Beijing
1、Greet with the students.
2、Free talk. Which city do you like Why
【讲授】
Question: Where do Li Ming, Jenny, Danny and Mrs. Li want to go
T: Yes, they want to go to Beijing. And now, they are arriving in Beijing. Please watch part 1 with the questions.
1、When do they arrive in Beijing
2、What do they see on their way to the hotel
T: Yes, they see many people in the park. What kind of people are there in the park What are they doing there Let’s see.
Teach the new words on the big screen with the pictures “children, women, men”. Then let the students read them 。
Play a game “Find the correct word”
Let the students try to read the sentences in part2. Practice more and more. Give the students plenty of time to practice the sentences in groups or individual.
【活动】
Do an excise “Match the picture and the sentences”. One student come to the front and finish on the big screen. Others finish in the books. Then check up together.
Teacher shows a chant with the sentences in part 2. Let the students clap
their hands and chant together. This chant will impress the students.
Then teacher make a new song with the sentences in part 2. All the students sing together. This time they can remember the sentences in part 2.
【练习】
Teacher shows a picture on the big screen. There are all kinds of people in the picture. Let the students choose one of them and then make a sentence in groups and then demonstrate in the front.

2、Finish the activity books.
