Lesson 13 Let's Buy Postcards!
教学目标
1.知识与能力目标:
(1)、学习单词postcard、 letter 、 email及句型This postcard has a picture of _______. I want to send a postcard to_______.
(2)、能运用所学句型表达自己的意愿,在情景中熟练准确运用句子。
2.过程与方法目标:
借助于多媒体课件,通过创设情景、师生对话、小组对话、随堂检测等方法,培养学生听、说、读、写的能力。
3.情感、态度和价值观目标:
学会与他人合作,引导鼓励全面参与,大胆开口说,让人人在课堂中有所收获。
学情分析
本节课的学习对象是小学五年级的学生。在学习上,他们有一定的英语学习基础而且他们好奇心和求知欲强烈,因此从他们感兴趣的话题入手,可以调动学生的学习积极性.学生以前已经学过如何买东西,并在实际生活中有购买和邮寄明信片的经历,对此话题也比较感兴趣。
重点难点
教学重点:
(1)、掌握: postcard、 letter 、 email等重点词汇,并熟练地识记运用。
(2)、能运用本课的句型,表达自己的意愿,进行购物对话。
教学难点:
在小组合作自由创设的情景中恰当运用所学句型。
教学过程
【讲授】Let`s Buy Postcards.
Step 1: Class Opening and Review
1.Greetings.
2.Sing a song. “The more we get together”
Step 2: New Concepts
1、通过多媒体课件和实物展示展示,依次学习新单词:computer—email, paper—letter, picture—postcard, send.
(设计意图:图词结合,有助于学生对新单词的掌握。)
2、Guess and Say
通过猜测苹果下隐藏的单词,复习重点单词postcard,send,letter,email.
3、Chant
Send, send, send an email,
Send, send, send a letter,
Send, send, send a postcard
(设计意图:通过两项活动巩固所学单词。)
4、(1)学习有关明信片的句型
T:What does a postcard have
Ss: A postcard has a ___ on it.
(2)Pair Work:
继续出示图片What does a postcard have
It has a picture of Tian’anmen Square!
出示明信片图片,小组利用以上句型进行对话练习。
5、学习第一部分句子
课件出示a letter.And then ask “Where do we write a letter ”
Ss: We write a letter on paper. (强调“paper”是不可数名词,我们可以说 “a piece of paper”)
T: Next picture, what’s this
S: This is an email.
And then ask “Where do we write an email ”
S: We write an email on a computer.
T: (出示幻灯片)Postcard.
T: What does the postcard have
S: It has a picture on it.
T: Now let’s look at some beautiful postcards. Every postcard has a picture. (出示明信片例图)
T: This is a hotel shop.Li Ming and Jenny can buy postcards in the shop.
(设计意图:通过多种形式的活动,练习掌握重点句型。)
6、学习第二部分内容“In the shop.”
(1)Listen and Answer
出示问题,要求学生根据听到的内容回答问题
What does Jenny’s postcard have
2.Who does she send the postcard to
3. What does Li Ming’s postcard have
4. How many postcards does Danny want to buy
(2)Follow the audiotape, read together.
(3)Act out the dialogue in groups.
(设计意图:听录音,做事情,整体感知语言内容,在这个过程中,学生有事可做,并且有积极的思维活动。)
Step 3:Group work.
1、Make a dialogue:
A: Can I help you
B: I want to buy some postcards. I want to send this postcard to ___. May I see that postcard, please
A: Here you are.
B: Thank you. How much for this postcard
A: ____ yuan.
B: I’ll take ____, please.
A: Here you are.
B: Thank you..
A: You are welcome
(设计意图;给学生提供用得上的句型和交际用语,依据所学内容小组合作编对话。在小组合作的过程中,为学生提供相互交流、共同学习的机会。学生间互相帮助,共同完成任务。)
2、Ask several groups to show.
