教学目标
1.Review the words: men, women, children, people, easy, hard, hurt ,fly a kite/feel, tired ,stop, wait, afraid……
2. Review the phrase: There is/are……/May I take your picture /How long…… / I hurt my ......。Be careful! Don’t worry. I can help you.等用语。
3.Encourage the students to make their own observations about the pictures and the story.
学情分析
针对五年级英语下册第二单元内容,我以“A visit to Beijing”为主线贯穿整个单元,通过游览中的所见所闻,把本单元内容有机地串联在一起。在这里我应用了多媒体课件,先以英文歌曲《Beijing Welcome You》引入,使用Where are they Do you love Beijing Do you like to travel 等对话导入主题,图文结合,形象生动地展示给学生,突破了本课的重难点。这样让学生在情境中学,贴近学生的生活,更容易让学生所接受。
重点难点
熟练运用重点句型,能简单介绍名胜古迹,增强环保意识。

【导入】Unit 2 In Beijing
Step1. Greeting:
以歌曲《Beijing Welcome You》导入激趣,Do you love to travel Where do you want to go 为话题进行口语交际。
Hello! Nice to meet you! I love to travel. I want to go on a trip to Beijing. Do you know about Beijing Where do you want to go (通过师生间亲切的问候,建立轻松、和谐、民主的课堂气氛,使学生很自然地进入英语学习状态。)
活动2【活动】Unit 2 In Beijing
Step 2: Revision: (先单词后句子,逐步增加难度.)
1. Show some pictures, let students introduce these pictures.
2. Let class discuss and answer: what can you see
3. Revise: man---men woman — women child —children
There is/are…… Everyone is……
What are the women /men/children doing
Who is tired and hungry
Step3.T: Our friend Danny and Jenny are playing on Tianan’men square. They are flying a kite .Can Danny fly a kite
教师剪纸,装作伤着了手指向学生求救,让学生帮包扎。T: Help! I hurt my finger.学生拿出创可贴边安慰边帮老师包扎。
Ss: Don’t worry! I can help you.
让几名学生分别指着受伤的身体部位向全班同学求助。练习对话。
T: Ok! Let’s take a picture.边说边演示take a picture.让学生边说边做出照相动作。
T: May I take your picture
S: Sure./ No, thanks.
Step4:利用教科书:How old is the Palace Museum How long is the Great wall How old is the Great Wall What does Jenny buy
Divide the class into small groups. Ask each group to make up a dialogue about shopping for gifts on a trip.(练说句子,同桌两人相互问答.)
T: Who visits the Great Wall Where does Jenny want to write What does Li Ming say (渗透环保知识)
Step5:Homework:介绍北京的名胜古迹.
