1.How are you doing 你最近好吗？见面间候语，相当于How are you
多用于熟人之间的问候。回答时常用I’m good./I’m doing great./Just so so.
2.You look exciled.你看起来很激动。
look excited意为“看起来很激动”，这里look是系动词，后面接形容词excited作表语，构成系表结构。
“系动词+adj.”构成系表结构，这类动词还有be,become,get,turn,grow,look,feel,seem,sound,taste,smell,go,appear等。

invite sb. (to sp.) 邀请某人（到某地）
e.g. Jack invites us to his restaurant.
杰克邀请我们去他的餐馆。
4. one of + 形容词最高级+可数名词复数，意为“ 最……之一”
e.g. The Changjiang River is one of the longest rivers in the word.
长江是世界上最长的河流之一。
“one of +可数名词复数”作主语时，谓语动词用单数形式。
e.g. One of my classmates is from America.
我的一位同学是美国人。

5. say thanks to sb. 意为“向某人说声谢谢”。类似的短语还有:
say sorry to sb.向某人说声对不起；
say hello to sb.向某人问好；
say good-bye to sb.向某人说再见；
say no to sb.向某人说不。
e.g. Tom said good-bye to everyone after the party.
晚会结束后，汤姆向每个人说再见。

6. He felt disappointed.他感到很失望。
felt是feel的过去式。feel意为“感觉，感到”，是连系动词，后面接形容词作表语。类似的还有：taste(尝起来), smell(闻起来), look(看起来),sound(听起来)。
eg.The food smells terrible.
这个食物闻起来很糟糕。
a ticket to...意为“...的票或券” to也可以改为for
