教学主题 Unit 4 Grammar: The present continuous tense
一、教材分析
本课从课型上来讲是一堂语法课,根据课标要求,通过本课学习,重点培养学生的正确使用现在进行时这一时态的能力。由于学生已经学习了一般现在时,学生对时态有了初步的了解,对于学习现在进行时有很大帮助,但由于学生理解能力较差,进行这一语法教学还是有一定的难度的,因此我在教学的先采用图片呈现引导学生理解这一时态,然后再采用以“自主、合作、探究”为主的任务型教学法来展开教学。
二、学生分析
本班学生特点是: 人数多,有50多人,班容量大,学生的英语水平相差比较大,阅读认知水平很不平衡,运用传统的教学法,老师逐句的讲,学生听。很显然已不适应现代的教学理念,更不利于培养学生的自主学习和创新能力,因此我必须采取科学的创新的教学策略
三、教学目标
1. Master the structure and usages of the present continuous tense. 2. Master the –ing form of verbs. 3. Learn to use the present continuous tense to describe what is happening now. 4. Train students cooperation skills and encourage them to talk in public.

导入时使用多媒体播放音乐,激发学生学习兴趣 学习过程中使用ppt展示图片,学生就图片时行描述,形象直观,帮助学生更好的学习本课知识,另外使用多媒体帮助孩子完成随堂练习
六、教学流程设计

Step 1 Greeting Good morning, boys and girls. Good morning, teacher.
Step 2 Warming up Introduce myself. Talk about their hobbies.
Step 3 Leading in Play music and talk with students. Listen and talk with the teacher. 播放音乐,激发学生学习兴趣
Step 4 talk and sum Show four pictures. Let Ss find something in common. Structure: Usage: 2. Show two pictures. Let Ss fill in the blanks. 3. Show a picture and ask some questions. Show another picture. I describe. Sum the usage of the present continuous tense with Ss. Sum the structure of the present continuous tense with Ss. Show some words and ask Ss to find the rules of the –ing form. 1. Describe the pictures. Discuss in pairs to find something in common. 2. Look at the pictures and describe the pictures. Sum the structure of negative sentences. 3. Ss answer. Sum the structure of yes/no questions and wh-questions. Listen and think what it means. Sum the other usage of the present continuous tense. 7. Look at the words and sum the rules. 多媒体展示图片,学生就图片时行描述,形象直观。
Step 5 talk time Talk about the people around us. Describe what everyone is doing. Select one or two students to describe. Talk in pairs. 出示图片,学生就图片进行结对活动。
Step 6 Exercise Show a picture. Let Ss follow the example and make dialogues in pairs. Ask Ss to finish exercise A on page 50. Check the answers with Ss. Talk about the picture in pairs. 2. Complete the exercise A by themselves. Check the answers. 出示图片,学生就图片进行结对活动
Step 7 Consolidation Show some exercises. Finish exercises
Step 8 Homework Write a short passage.
七、教学特色
本节课由于使用多媒体教学,利用音乐导入,创设了贴近学生生活的情景,因此学生学习兴趣还是很高,进行的也比较顺利,有一部分学生有一定的基础,小组合作能力也还行,但也有一大部分的学生基础还是有些差,不敢开口去说,需要多鼓励和帮助。
