解题思路分析：
第一题，根据后面的提示“昨天打篮球的时候”，暗示打篮球受伤，用短语hurt oneself，其中的oneself根据主语而变化，主语是I（我），所以，用反身代词myself.另外，前面是问题的呈现，后面就应该寻求解决的方法，“What should I do ”意思是“我该怎么办？”
第二题，前面用句型“What's the matter ”来询问病情，后面就应该回答“患......病”，用have\has，根据主语My sister and I，所以用“have”.后面部分询问“我们该上学吗”，考察情态动词“should”,其否定形式是“shouldn’t”.
第三题，根据后面的回答“No”，说明前面的问句是一个一般疑问句，主语是“Mike”，第三人称单数，用助动词“Does”+ 动词原形。否定回答时，does变成doesn’t.最后是患病（咽喉疼）的表达，用动词“have”，主语是三单，改为“has”,最后是提建议用情态动词“should”
