解题思路分析:
第一题,根据后面的提示“昨天打篮球的时候”,暗示打篮球受伤,用短语hurt oneself,其中的oneself根据主语而变化,主语是I(我),所以,用反身代词myself.另外,前面是问题的呈现,后面就应该寻求解决的方法,“What should I do ”意思是“我该怎么办?”
第二题,前面用句型“What's the matter ”来询问病情,后面就应该回答“患......病”,用have\has,根据主语My sister and I,所以用“have”.后面部分询问“我们该上学吗”,考察情态动词“should”,其否定形式是“shouldn’t”.
第三题,根据后面的回答“No”,说明前面的问句是一个一般疑问句,主语是“Mike”,第三人称单数,用助动词“Does”+ 动词原形。否定回答时,does变成doesn’t.最后是患病(咽喉疼)的表达,用动词“have”,主语是三单,改为“has”,最后是提建议用情态动词“should”

其否定形式为shouldn’t,用于否定句以及一般疑问句的回答中,例如:
He shouldn’t stay up late .
