本课是PEP教材六年级下册 Unit 1 How tall are you 本单元共6课时，本课是第2课时，

３简单地了解比较级和最高级的变化规则。
４能使用“How tall？”来询问身高。
５能理解对话大意，并能以正确的语音语调表演对话。
６能完成“Let’s try”部分的听力任务。

教学重点：能在语境中灵活使用比较级和最高级来表达“ A 比B更……”或“A最……”。
教学难点：比较级和最高级在句子中的运用，以及不规则形容词的比较级和最高级。

【教学反思】
本课时以张鹏和迈克观看恐龙的情景引出对话以及本课时“比较级，最高级和询问、回答身高”的重点句型，要求学生能在情景对话中灵活运用句型A + be + the +最高级+范围以及A + be +比较级+ than + B ”来表达“最 ”和“ A比B更 ……”。另外，学生也应该能询问和回答有关身高的问题。学习本课时，建议教师先以学生的身高来进行比较，从而训练比较级和最高级，然后引出本课时的对话。注意找学生的身高，不要找差距太大的学生，以免伤害学生自尊，最好以其他物体作为道具比高矮。
