课题:
深圳牛津版小学英语英语六年级下册第二单元Changes in our lives
一、学情分析
本单元的授课对象为六年级下学期的学生。学生们的普遍年龄在11-12岁左右,有着极强的求知欲和表现欲,对周围的事物有一定的好奇心和想象力。同时,六年级学生已从具体形象思维向抽象逻辑思维过渡,但依然是同直接与感性经验相联系,仍习惯于模仿。因此,需加强启发式教学,发展学生比较、分析等综合思维的能力。
经过五年半的英语学习,学生们已经积累了一定量的语言知识,习得了一些基本的听说会话能力,并具备一定的通过阅读文字和图片获取信息的能力。在这个阶段,教师除了注重对学生英语学习兴趣的培养,提高听说能力的同时,也要注重培养学生文本阅读能力和逻辑思维能力,提高学生的读写能力。
“Changes in our lives”是学生之前较少接触的话题,但学生对日常生活的变化并不陌生,同时对日常生活的物品,如电脑、手机、相机等有一定的生活体验。在此前的英语学习中,学生已经学会了许多有关工作、描述生活和部分交通工具等相关表达。在时态方面较好地掌握了一般现在时和一般过去时相关句型表达,为本课的语言学习和输出做了良好铺垫。
二、教材分析
本单元采用的教材是《深圳牛津版小学英语》小学六年级下册第一模块Module 1 Changes and differences 中的第二单元Unit 2 Changes in our lives。
Listen and say呈现四个不同职业的人过去和现在的工作方式变化,体现科技发展给人们带来的改变,Look and learn教授photographer, street cleaner和writer 三个与职业有关的单词。Read a story 呈现了故事《快乐的农夫夫妇》,讲述农夫夫妇二人不贪恋富贵,知足常乐,最后得到仙女祝福的故事。Do a survey有关于生活方式变化的调查,要求学生根据图片提示或实际情况完成表格,并用句型In the past... Now....汇报调查结果。Listen and enjoy呈现了一首关于过去和现在生活方式变化的儿歌,Learn the sounds语音学习部分归纳和总结发/ u/和/au/音的字母和字母组合。
从语言点方面分析,本单元是对六年级上册学过的过去式规则变化和不规则变化的复习和巩固,并用一般过去时和一般现在时句型对过去和现在的生活做比较,通过使用不同工具来体现生活的变化。
三、单元设计思路和依据
以“变化”为主题,聚焦工作方式的改变,生活方式的改变和娱乐方式的改变,以贴近生活的内容来进行复习,输入和输出。

第一课时
课时话题:Changes in ways of working
教学内容:Listen and say, Look and Learn.
教学目标:
语用任务:能在课文的语境中听、读文本,提取有关职业以前的工作方式与现在工作方式的不同之处的语篇信息,掌握本课语言知识框架,例如In the past…Now…,向他人描述提取有关职业以前的工作方式与现在工作方式变化的相关信息,表达对职业工具变化的想法,要求思维合理,内容达意。
语言知识目标:
◆能够感知、理解核心词汇writer, photographer, street cleaner,初步感知核心句型In the past…Now…,做到发音正确,表达流利。
◆能够根据图片,使用核心句型In the past…Now…描述有关职业工作方式的变化。
语言能力目标:
◆能在听力材料和阅读文本中提取关键信息。
◆能根据关键信息和表格,用核心句型进行描述工作方式的不同之处。
情感态度目标:
◆能够在读懂工作方式的变化过程中,了解时代变迁。

音上难读,设置四部分才分音节跟读,攻克语音难读的问题,同时通过[学法指导]帮助记忆。
◆预设在理解那种工作方式变化的原因上存在疑惑,通过提问引发思考。

新 知 呈 现 与 归 纳 2.一读读大意: 顺延情境,观看课文视频,初步感知文本,阅读获取文章大意。 3.二读读架构: (1)使学生在情境中整体阅读,理解语篇大意,了解文本框架,完成表格,培养其速读能力。 (2)进行新授单词学法指导,从语意,语音,语音等方面教授生词。 4.三读读细节: 引导学生精读文本,使学生Jigsaw异质组阅读活动中,进一步理解相关职业的工作方式变化的过程。 2.顺延情境,播放listen and say视频,提出问题引导体会并思考: Read for general idea 〖一读读大意〗 How many changes are there in the video 3.布置阅读任务,引导学生划出关键词并回答: Read for structure 〖二读读架构〗 Who are they What do they do What things d they do 教授生词:writer,farmer,photographer,street cleaner,broom 4.在情境中布置学生精读语篇,提取信息。 Read for details 〖三读读细节〗 (1)Read and circle 老师带学生阅读文段1,提取关键信息,完成表格。 (2)Jigsaw异质组阅读 老师分学生为三组,布置学生去读,做一个Jigsaw reading异质组阅读,分别读文段2,3,4段,圈出关键词组,一起完成表格,对答案中教授词汇machine, film,digital camera, sweep,swept,street sweeper,并带领跟读。 (3)Look and say 看表格所给关键信息复述课文内容,分别朗读文段2,3,4段并复述
新 知 巩 固 与 活 用 5.四读大声朗读: 进一步熟悉全文,大声朗读全文,为读后活动retell the story 做准备。 6.读后任务 (1)引导学生根据表格,retell the story,复述Ms Wen, Mrs Hong, Mr Zhang, Mr Yang的基本信息,培养复述能力。 (2)引导学生结合自身情况,引导学生谈论对职业工具的变化的看法,培养其对比归纳,总结思辨的能力,认识事物的两面性。 布置朗读任务,跟读全文 〖四读大声读〗 Read loudly 播放视频,大声,准确,流利并有感情的朗读全文,注意语音语调。 Read the passage loudly,correctly,fluently with emotions. 6.读后任务 (1)Task 1 任务一 呈现Ms Wen, Mrs Hong, Mr Zhang, Mr Yang的基本信息的表格,复述所学文本内容,描述其私人工作方式的变化。 (2)Task 2 任务二 提出讨论问题,引导学生谈论对职业工具的变化的看法。 Talk about one change in the way of working.
