Teaching procedures:
Step1:Warm-up
chant and take actions. Teddy bear, teddy bear
Here, we can prepare a short vedio to watch, it can attract the interests of students. Teacher can use PPAP.
b.Greeting.
Guessing game:
Show pictures about the food and ask students to review the words.
Step2: Presentation.
1.Lead-in.
Teacher can use a big table and prepare many foods and answer questions.
Show the pictures of different kinds of food and ask questions:
Question 1: What do you like to eat
Question 2: What’s your favourite food
Question 3: Can you guess, what’s my favourite food
2.new words learning.
a. Look at the chart and answer questions.
Question 1: What’s my favourite food
Question 2: How many times do I eat apple Question 3: How many times do I eat banana .
Here, teacher should show the new phrase: how often directly. And organize students to practice more about the new phrases.
b. show the new words: once a week, twice a week three times a week with pictures and word cards on blackboard.
