单元教学设计框架
课题：Unit 6 Holidays
学情分析
本单元教授对象为五年级学生，他们经过四年的英语学习后，具备了一定的英语基础，并养成了较好的听说读写习惯。他们始终对语言学习保持着较高的热情和兴趣，并乐于在学习上展现自己的能力。 五年级学生的阅历随着他们的成长不断增加，他们在生活中的种种经历与体验也越发丰富多彩。学生的思维也开始从过去简单的二元化思维方式逐步向多元化思维方式转变。他们对个人经历的判断有了更加清晰的个人感受，而不局限于身边人的意见和看法。
许多五年级学生从小就有在假期和家人外出旅行的经历。其中回老家可以算是最简单的出游经验，很多孩子还跟随家长前往全国各地，甚至海外地区旅行。学生对每次出行的经历和记忆有着自己的理解，同时他们在回家后也会期待下一次旅行会带给自己什么样的惊喜。因此本单元中计划出行、对目的地的期待、以及询问和了解他人的假期生活等内容和学生的实际生活是高度重合的。有助于他们结合实际学习本单元。
教材分析
深圳版牛津教材以“学习者为中心（learner-centred）”, 充分考虑学生的心里特点、知识结构和已有经验，激发学生学习兴趣，调动学习积极性。本课所在模块为5B Module 2: Work and play. 该模块的三个单元都围绕着我们的业余生活及假期计划展开的。本单元是Module 2的第三个单元： Unit 6 Holidays.
Unit 6的重点为一般将来时的特殊疑问句。学生在本册教材Unit 3到Unit 5中已经学习了一般将来时的陈述句和特殊疑问词引导的特殊疑问句，如 Where will you … / What will you … / Why do you … 等等。本单元将在此基础上加入when, how, how long等特殊疑问词引导的特殊疑问句，帮助学生全方位掌握在一般将来时的提问及回答。
三、单元设计思路和依据
教材以“话题—功能—结构—任务”为主线，设计和安排大量形式多样，语境真实、趣味性强的语言实践活动，让学生在“用英语做事情（learning by doing）”的过程中感知、实践和体验。所以为学生创设真实的语境是培养学生综合语用能力、提高语言技能、丰富语言知识的关键。本单元以Holidays为主题，The Lis’ holiday plan为主线。本小组共设置四个课时分话题，对单元教学进行整体设计。它们分别是:
课时一：A holiday plan of Sanya. （去三亚的假期计划）
课时二：The beautiful Sanya. （美丽的三亚）
课时三：Holidays around the world. （在假期前往世界各地）
课时四：Sharing your holiday plans. （分享你的假期计划）
第一课时的内容文本为Kitty一家谈论去三亚度假的计划和打算的对话。学生初步感知与理解用一般将来时表达计划，在语境中学习并运用一般将来时的特殊疑问句，如: Where will we stay / What will we do 等。
第二课时在前一课时的基础上，以Kitty一家度假计划为主线，通过一份旅游海报呈现了文本《三亚欢迎你！》，介绍了当地的概况和好玩、好看之处。学生将在旅游海报以及Ben与Mr. Wu对话的语境中，巩固并练习如何在一般将来时中使用一般疑问句询问计划的核心句型。
第三课时的内容要求学生运用前两个课时的所学知识，从小朋友的度假信息卡中提取关键信息，并运用所学核心句型进行对话与书面练习。学生将在这一过程中发觉世界各地不同城市的亮点，提高他们主动了解世界，探索世界的积极性。
第四课时以前三个课时为基础，回顾并巩固整个单元的知识。学生将在Betty写给Ann的邮件这一语境中，了解Betty的假期计划，并以此迁移到介绍别人的旅行计划这一目标上。
本单元的四个话题以假期计划为主线，囊括出行者信息、目的地信息、旅行计划以及交流分享等内容。课时内容安排强调在语境中学习语言，坚持问题导向和任务驱动为主要学习途径。通过不同层次、不同技能的实践、体验、交际，让学生在“做中学，用中学”的过程中学习语言，运用语言。

五、单元教学目标
1. 能在假期旅行的语境中正确运用本单元的核心词汇和短语：holiday, clear, hotel, island, how long, go swimming, in the south of等；
2. 能用特殊疑问句 Where/ What/ How long will… 询问独家计划和打算，并能用 … will … 句型正确回答。
3. 能正确读出字母组合 oi 和 oy 在单词中的发音，并能迁移运用到其他含有相关字母组合的单词拼读中；
4. 能读懂旅游宣传海报，获取所需信息；
5. 能就度假计划与别人交流。

1、通过阅读短文《三亚欢迎你!》，帮助学生进一步巩固新学语言知识，并培养阅读技能。
2、帮助学生学习字母组合oy和oi在单词中的发音。
3、通过学习任务，帮助学生巩固和综合运用1、 2课时所学知识和技能，设计制作旅游海报，能够收集信息并介绍旅游目的地。
教学重点：
1、语音：oy（toy），oi（noise）
2、词汇：in the south of, all year around
3、句型：You will see many beautiful butterflies there.
教学难点：
1、正确运用一般将来时特殊疑问句。
2、能够将旅游目的地的信息划分为多个部分，有逻辑地进行描述和介绍。
