单元教学设计框架
课题：五年级下册第5单元 Work and play
一、学情分析
五年级的学生已经具备了较强的听说能力和一定程度的读写能力，能够运用所学知识完成教学任务。他们对“周末、节假日”这些主题比较感兴趣。已知有关时间的单词：weekdays Monday Tuesday Wednesday等一星期七天的表达，已学会What do you usually do 的问答。班级小部分英语基础薄弱的同学，并未掌握好之前所学的内容，因此可做适当复习。已知相关句型：一般现在时、现在进行时。
二、教材分析
本单元是五年级下册第二模块Work and play中的第二个单元，本单元的教学主题是At the weekend，通过“周末计划”这个主题引出本课的重点句型What are you going to do this weekend I am going to …。教授学生如何用英语的“一般将来时”来询问和表达将要发生的事情。
三、单元设计思路和依据
1.以单元为整体，创设如下情境：通过与Joe的对话引入plan以及this weekend的概念，并在Ms Guo和学生之间的情境对话中进行主要的句型操练。在故事阅读中学会理解Don’t wait until tomorrow.最后联系生活实际，引导学生计划疫情结束后的活动，通过阅读Joe’s weekend plan,完成My future plan的写作。
2.以单元为整体，基于教材分析和学情分析，设计四个课时：新授课、复习课、故事阅读课和以读促写课。四个课时的教学目标和教学内容呈阶梯状螺旋上升。

教学目标：
1. 学生学习单词及词组weekend，plan，see a film, row a boat.
2. 学生掌握句型(1)用What is/are... going to do this weekend 询问别人周末打算做什么。
(2)用... am/is/are going to ...介绍自己或别人周末打算做什么。
3. 学生掌握句型What is he/she going to do this weekend
教学重点：
1. 词汇：weekend, stay, film, boat, plan, tomorrow, see a film, row a boat

教学难点：（明确难点所在、因何而难、解难策略）
学生对“周末、节假日”的话题比较感兴趣，但在询问他人的周末计划时，如What is Peter going
to do this weekend 对第三人称的表达经常出现错误，于是本节课利用Listen and say中的情
境对话，在听说过程及老师的设问中，让学生逐步感知和理解，在情境引导学生去观察思考和发
现，促进学生语言学习能力的逐步提升。本课例还将设计了问答练习以及完成计划任务，让学生
在实际运用中去表达，情境中巩固并熟练运用核心语言。
